Bread was old. Nobody would make more meatballs. They said it would take 20 mins and still they didn't make more. They have heated in the oven in the past. I don't see the issue.

They must have been overwhelmed by the dinner rush. The woman at the end basically tossed our full bag of food at us, causing it to rip. Then she didn't bother giving us a beverage cup or our cookie. We had to ask her co-worker for it. The new pretzel had almost no salt on it, half of it was hard as a rock and came with zero cheese. ? Also tasted Nothing like a soft pretzel.Let me add that we purchased several foot longs. Good paying customers (ANY paying customers) deserve better service!This particular restaurant does not care about you!!

This Subway is nearest to College of Idaho which is around 10 minutes walk. It takes around 30 minutes to go there, order, and walk back to College of Idaho which is reasonable. I often visit this place during breaks when the cafeteria is closed. The order takes around 5-10 minutes depending on where it is busy or not. What I like about this place is how they keep their tables and food clean. My favorite menu is Ultimate BMT consisting of salami, ham, and provolone cheese. Not only that, my best sauce combo is honey mustard, sweet onion, and mayo. I like this set because it tastes consistent and good. This place is best if you buy upfront because you can choose what menu you want with staff that are mostly welcoming.

The young lady at the counter was very polite. She was very professional and quick. The sandwich I picked was so good and I do not remember the name but it was made with steak. So delicious.

Asked for a deluxe sandwich, paid for a deluxe sandwich. Got way less than a normal sandwich. Barely any veggies asked for pickles and olives and got about 8 for the entire footlong. Last time I come to this location. Also, not a very friendly bunch working.
The crew here did an amazing job on my order. We came in 6 people deep on a hot day for lunch they welcomed us in and had our food ready fast!
