Receive an online order with incorrect ingredients also there was a huge chunk of cheese in it. Very disappointing.

My family and I came into have lunch today. Your staff was absolutely amazing, they took the time to provide great quality sandwiches. We all were very happy with the overall service. Great Subway to come eat at thank you!

There is this guy named Nate i am pretty sure he’s the shift lead.. he is so sweet and makes the best sandwich’s. out of all the subways i have been to this is far one of the best ones they taste so good and make perfect. nate is super sweet. i only want him to make my sandwiches for now on. will definitely be my go to subway

worst subway ever. my online orders are ALWAYS late, and the workers act like the customers are an inconvenience. I came in today to pick my order up that was scheduled to be ready at 4:20. I was handed my food at 4:38 and the drink nor chip was included. I had to wait an additional couple minutes just for them to hand me a cup. The side eyes, the lack of customer service or empathy for anyone here is thrown out the door. I was never apologized to for it being late nor hav any kind of positive thing to say about this location. not coming back lol. losing customers by the hour

I order a 53.00 order tonight online and when I arrived to pick it up Nate stated it had already been picked up when I asked how I was the only one to pick it up. Nate in return stated that it wasn't his problem I needed to call my bank. I told him how was it my banks problem that I didn't get my food. Nate was extremely confrontational and aggressive behavior. I asked to speak to his manager and he finally did the manager on the phone who stated she would return my money. He then provided me a receipt showing I paid for my food but not one showing me I was being reimbursed for my food when I asked if I could get one showing my money would be returned to me he then walked away and wouldn't speak anymore. This isn't the 1st time I have had issues with Nate he id always very short and rude when you come into the store. He always acts as if customers are an Inconvenience for being in the store I will NO longer use this location! Nate shouldn't being working in a customer service position. He definitely needs customer service training especially when a customer has paid for services or food and doesn't receive what they paid for!

I went in hungry, confused, and upset. Then I was greeted by Fernando Bermudez and I must say, this man single handedly made my day. His warm inviting smile made me feel welcomed and his precise work on my sandwich resulted in the best subway experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Fernando, I will be returning soon!

Absolutely rude! This man made rude comments about what I wanted on my sandwich and about the amount of toppings. And refused to toast my sandwich, and was throwing his hands around. At the end of this horrible ordering process I handed him a coupon and he rolled his eyes and slammed his hands down. I was in and out of the store within 6 minutes, my sandwiches were super simple. If he hates his job so much maybe find a new one, this isn’t my first horrible experience with him.

Food was fine. The guy that did the toppings and checked us out was polite and efficient and listened to us.
However…. The guy that took our order, needs to brush up on customer service, starting with taking his AirPods OUT of his ears so he can actually HEAR what’s being asked. First thing I said was “I would like a SIX INCH on honey oat, Turkey Cali” and he asked if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. Then literally 3 minutes later, took him Three minutes to cut the bread, get the meat on it and then asked what kind of cheese…. Well, the Mozzarella that comes on it? ? And then it comes out of the oven as a foot long…. So rather than them throwing half away as waste cause the kid didn’t listen in the first place I stuck with it. $33 for two foot long meals when there’s a BOGO deal??? $33 for a screwed up order from staff that didn’t LISTEN.
Take the headphones out. listen to your guests and COMP them for your screw ups.

Do not order at Ustick location.Ordered monster sandwich. They put 1 piece of meat on it and no cheese.Pretzel hard as a rock and no cheese sauce.They have placed a barrier so you can't see how they make sandwiches with meat and cheese.$20. for nothing !!!Caldwell, Blaine St. does an awesome job. Friendly staff. Clean store.
