The person taking orders does not speak English. And is extremely hard to understand. After about 5 minutes to place an order I just left

It wasn't great. The people working were super rude and told us at first to order from the kiosk instead of at the front counter but we ordered at the front counter anyways because we believe in supporting jobs over machines. We ordered a #6 , 2 bean burritos minus red sauce and onions, a spicy potato soft tacos and a crunchwrap supreme. The potatoes in the taco tasted super old and were very difficult to chew. The crunchwrap had a weird flavor on the outside that tasted like old burnt...something. the bean burritos were coming out the sides of the tortilla and all over the wrapper which made it difficult to eat. It was just a really horrible experience. This is not the type of service I would expect from any restaurant!

Staff is lazy and unable to help. It is regular for me to come to this location to pick up delivery orders, only to be told they do not have the order. At all. And will not be making it. “Must have been theft” I was told by a staff member. Other staff members leaned over or sitting on equipment.

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!! Your franchise rocks!! We received our order, everything was packed nicely, we weren’t missing anything, all of the customizations were correct and even written on the wrappers AND YOU DIDN'T FORGET THE SAUCE!! I actually called to thank you guys, but couldn’t reach anyone. We usually get our orders from the other franchise in Nampa, by the mall and they always forget the sauce, items are often missing and one of the night managers was very rude when I called about the issue the last time. THANK YOU BEING DIFFERENT!! I appreciate you!

Caldwell Taco Bell is a joke to say the least! They were charging us for drinks in our combo but can’t give any drinks! And when I asked she said she could do nothing. Half that staff needs fired or the manager needs fired. Worst costumer service ever! I have worked fast food and they are a joke

Me and my sister ate taco bell this afternoon and we didnt even get to our tacos. We ate part of our quesadillas and immediately noticed it tasted really funky. There was lettuce and beef in our CHICKEN quesadillas. And stopped eating. Me and her started getting sick 2 hours later. And now we have food poisoning.

I ordered a luxe box my wife got her order and i am still waiting for mine. The same order 20 minutes later, I had to clean my own table off and chairs . The employees have a weird pot with tin foil on it health hazard the drive thru woman is working without gloves you can see her touching the drink lid with her bare hand. I finally got recognized by one of the wokers standing here. Having to look at these guys

First of all- they refuse to take your order unless you are paying cash( so the signs says). Two other patrons left, that WERE paying cash, after we ordered on the kiosk because if you walk up to the register everyone ignored them even when the lady tried to request to order. No greeting or goodbye. The manager gave my daughter the wrong frozen drink but she took it anyways because he never verbally acknowledge her. It's like they are all zombies.
