Call about my order being wrong ...... Was told I AM THE GM AND YOUR ORDER IS FINE. I was missing half of what I ordered... Food is always good .... But customer service is not great. If this was really th GM then how are the employees being trained.... I will not be back

Just literally left there spent $52 in food received my box of tacos less than a quarter spoon of meat and each Taco all lettuce sour cream and tomatoes. For the price and the weight and attitude I wouldn't ever go there again. There's no reason for Taco Bell to be this cheap for what they're charging. Manager needs to be fired! Tired of being charged for non-quality food!!

If I could give A zero star I would. The manager was no help nor tried to help me. According to them their online system has nothing to do with them. Order twice got my money taken and still have no food. What a waste of time and energy. Pregnant me tried to order twice and still got no food and now no money. Went to try to talk to them. They didn’t care nor wanted to try to help me. I hope the manager gets fired.

Worst experience I've ever had at one of these locations. They didn't get my order right, and I had to waste my time coming back just for them to refuse to remake my order. Then proceed to demand my signature to get my money back? I've worked for this company before (not this location) and this would've never happened. The order would've been immediately remade and the customer would've been given a gift card for a free meal on the spot. Lazy crew and horrendous management. I'm glad I never worked at this specific location. That manager deserves to be fired for her rudeness.

The Taco Bell off Caldwell Blvd is overall a solid and reliable spot for a quick bite. The food is usually fresh, accurate, and well-prepared, and I appreciate that they move the line quickly even during busy hours. However, the experience at the drive-thru can be a bit of a coin toss depending on who’s working. About half the time, the staff are upbeat, friendly, and make the interaction genuinely fun—those are the visits that remind you why Taco Bell stands out in the fast-food world. The other half of the time, though, the tone feels a little grumpy or rushed, like they’re just trying to get you through instead of connecting with you. Everyone has off days, and I get that, but consistent tone and friendliness really make a difference in customer experience. Still, the good outweighs the bad here. When the team’s energy is on point, they nail it—fast service, great food, and a little bit of that Taco Bell personality that keeps people coming back.

Employees were friendly..... However, crunch wrap supreme had almost no meat on it. Super disappointing.
It wasn't great. The people working were super rude and told us at first to order from the kiosk instead of at the front counter but we ordered at the front counter anyways because we believe in supporting jobs over machines. We ordered a #6 , 2 bean burritos minus red sauce and onions, a spicy potato soft tacos and a crunchwrap supreme. The potatoes in the taco tasted super old and were very difficult to chew. The crunchwrap had a weird flavor on the outside that tasted like old burnt...something. the bean burritos were coming out the sides of the tortilla and all over the wrapper which made it difficult to eat. It was just a really horrible experience. This is not the type of service I would expect from any restaurant!

Staff is lazy and unable to help. It is regular for me to come to this location to pick up delivery orders, only to be told they do not have the order. At all. And will not be making it. “Must have been theft” I was told by a staff member. Other staff members leaned over or sitting on equipment.

I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU!! Your franchise rocks!! We received our order, everything was packed nicely, we weren’t missing anything, all of the customizations were correct and even written on the wrappers AND YOU DIDN'T FORGET THE SAUCE!! I actually called to thank you guys, but couldn’t reach anyone. We usually get our orders from the other franchise in Nampa, by the mall and they always forget the sauce, items are often missing and one of the night managers was very rude when I called about the issue the last time. THANK YOU BEING DIFFERENT!! I appreciate you!
