I went through the drive-through after work, ordered the 4 soft taco, 4 burrito combo pack. Service was quick, but when I got home (40 minutes away) I open the box to hard shell tacos.... We HATE hard shell tacos! They can't use the "we were busy" excuse either... I was the only person in to-go line, and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. Not in the least impressed.

Made order of 5 items through uber eats only received 1 item and I tried to call them no one answer the damn phone
I order from taco bell all the time and am always satisfied by the food but this time i tried their Loaded Beef Nachos and truth be told, their app picture oversells it. There was barely anything in the box and it was tiny. Their picture shows loaded nachos with guac; there was no guac and it barely had anything on it. However, it was good just not what i was expecting size wise.

I wanted mexican to go, so hit the drive-through. Good, fast service. I got what i ordered w/o issue. Typical fast food. It worked!
It’s fast food at its most mundane. The food all comes, unlabeled in a paper bag and you have to guess which burrito or taco is which. The place looks run down, even more so if you go thru the drive thru and can see behind the counter!Parking: It is in the parking lot of an abandoned retail store (except for just before Halloween) so there are a few hundred parking spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and handicapped parking. Some of the tables have movable chairs to be accessible.

Went through drive thru and they really rushed me on ordering and even a couple times just told me the total and gone silent for a minute. Service here always seems rude and annoyed they even work here and forget half your order and half the time they are out of it specially drink wise. Would rather go to another taco bell then this one.

Every time I come here they mess up an order or they don't have something in stock. The freeze machine is also almost never working. This time the lady double checked and asked at the window if I wanted a soft taco with the order and I confirmed. We drove away and double checked the order in the parking lot and sure enough...no soft taco. Had to go back in to get it. Not sure why they struggle to get fast food items correct.
