Best Mexican food in Caldwell. Been going here for years and this is the Mexican food to compare others to. The others always fall short. Restaurants don't have anything to compare when it comes to the food. Highly suggest you go with al pastor tacos and burritos. The best.

I was not impressed with the chicken tacos I had. It tasted like old chicken. Bouillon not chicken. I tasted egg. They didn't even have Mexican season or chilli powder. Nothing that had to do with any other taco stand i have ever eaten at.

Not fresh pressed tortillas like tiktok said, just a regular taco truck with splash of hair from the owners who made it. won’t be going again. Had gloves on using his phone with the gloves, ewww! Total regret.

My 2nd favorite Mexican food truck! It's the only place comparable to my favorite (El burro). Burrito was awesome and so are the quesadillas. I look forward to trying everything else.
