Fun little sandwich spot in a cute shopping area. Was in the area for work. So I'm not a local, but I can definitely recommend it if you're passing through or this is your hometown. Definitely give this place a shot.

This place is small. With 2 chair and 4 chair table. The food is excellent. Had the macha chicken salad. Delicious. Will come back again.

Overall, the The Twisted Fig has good food, but is seriously lacking the quality management of a restaurant expecting $15 for a sandwich.
The service started poorly, no one was at the service counter for a few minutes and a simple order of one sandwich and one beer somehow was entered incorrectly.
Being expected to want to give my personal phone number to enter into their POS system just to “track my order” seems excessive.
The cleanliness could use some serious improvement. Especially given the time I went there was only one other table occupied.
Speaking of tables, the mismatched furniture seems to clash with the rest of the atmosphere of the restaurant. Though I did enjoy being able to see local artists work on the wall (available for purchase of course).
However, the use of disposable cutlery and dining for the interior dining experience seems both cheap and lazy.
But if you can get past all that, the food quality (though not the presentation, I restructure the plate before taking the picture) is good. I left satisfied with the food and enjoyed the flavors that they developed.
Decor a little too dark service girl was very rude from the moment we walked in around 3 pm told us we had to have a reservation for dinner… it was 3 pm not even close to dinner and restaurant was empty so very confused why that was an issue after reluctantly siting us her service was less than enthusiastic thank goodness food was delicious!!

My wife and her coworkers have had sandwiches delivered from here while at work meetings over the past few months, and they unanimously said that these were honestly the best sandwiches they’ve all ever had, and thats saying something from this group of eaters?Extremely pleased and highly recommended.
