By far the slowest Wendy's I've been to. Drive-thru is fine but trying to order inside is basically impossible. All the focus is all the Uber and DoorDash orders on the screen with people cutting in front of the actual line. We were in there for almost 20 minutes and nobody was at the counter besides the lady trying to put together the online pick-up orders. We sat at a table while we waited for all the online orders to unwind and it was completely filthy and sticky. Nothing was hardly clean at all. We decided to just drive to another location. It's pretty obvious this Wendy's is very understaffed and you're probably better off going through the drive-thru.

Went through the drive thru and ordered dinner for family. Got to the window and asked if that was everything and was told yes. Got home and my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was not in the bag. I blame myself for not double checking but when I am spending $40 I would think I shouldn't have to. Do better Wendy's.

Went here for lunch. Ordered 2 sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was the Asiago bacon ranch chicken. We specifically asked for the chicken to be switched to a spicy chicken. When we got the sandwich it was was a regular chicken sandwich! No ranch, nothing! Mind you this Asiago chicken sandwich is $12. So we paid for something and didn't even get it. Was very disappointed. I've been here a few times before and always have problems with my food being wrong. Will not be returning again.

This Wendy’s food is fresh most of the time and never that bad of wait times at the drive through. I was one of the original employees when this Wendy’s opened years ago so I am pretty picky when it comes to the quality of food they served and I haven’t been disappointed. Inside the restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Maybe it’s loyalty, but I like this Wendy’s

If I could leave 0 stars I would.. was in there 5 mins ago. We stood at the register to order for 5 mins or more. My Husband noticed someone one there phone texting. He left the counter, I had 2 people look at me turn around and walk away. The fryer timer went off, a guy came pulled the basket out of the fryer and turned around and walked away. People came in behind us, stood there for a couple mins. We left, an as we got outside they were yelling hello.. worst customer service I have ever had in fast food

Came in to make an order to go, the drive thru line wasn’t real long but average. I ordered a fries and a frosty. It took 35 minutes to get it. All the door dash orders jump the line in front of people waiting. You can see them on the computer screen. Absolutely ridiculous! Don’t go in to order, drive thru is 10 times faster.
