It looks a bit rustic but the site is gorgeous, the people extremely friendly and the homemade food was delicious. It has the feeling of stepping back in time and was very refreshing.

Great place to park your RV for a month but don't work here and don't eat here, turnover rate is awful, new management doesn't know how to run the establishment. Forced to move or leave based on false accusations with no evidence. All based on he said she said. Great RV park bad station.

My family and I dropped by here on a Friday night as we were passing through and it exceeded our expectations! Loved all of our food. Very kind staff. We will be back!Kid-friendliness: Has kids meals and chocolate milk and regular milk and even strawberry milk.

In a group of 5 rigs we stopped for lunch and was told by the owner that we could not park out front. There is very little parking in the first place. We were told to leave and not come back when we said we were not blocking access to his place. He was very upset and was yelling at us. We won't stop here again.

Don't bother go a few miles down the road. The whistle stop,lakefront way better..the place is filthy. The place is way over priced.
Always good ,however why they were closed July 4/5 seemed crazy.Great opportunity to make money as Cascade downtown was crazy busy a ne wait time at Whistlestop and Grandma's was half hr.Our family split between the 2 and also had great food.We wanted to go to Cl Creek however.But closed.Crazy,on a busy holiday !

this place is a shithole very unprofessional and miss managed i would not recommend it to anyone. the owner has a serious anger issue and would highly recommend anger control classes. I lived there 2 years on several occasions managment has lied.to fit there narrative. the drama was unbelievable. I moved there to retire what a joke.

I didn't eat here but I came for the music and to visit with some friends. This place has a great set up, super nice patio, live music, the people will bend over backwards to make you feel taken care of and even sit and chat with you. I like this place because it's the first stop coming out from Boise. Didn't get to eat the food, but the people around me had some good looking burgers!
