They seem very pricey for what you get. Even the day old is crazy expensive.

Husband purchased surprise delights and all tasted old dry and stale. Disappointing
I love this little bakery! She had GF options as well!

The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air, a tempting invitation to step inside. From crusty sourdough to delicate sweets, there's something to satisfy every craving. A visit to this hidden gem of a bakery is a must for a trip to the mountains.

Decided to pop in for a little treat on the road, and what a great little space! The young man behind the counter was welcoming and easy to talk to, and answered any questions my companions and I had. I purchased a huckleberry lemon muffin and it was absolutely delicious! There was a great selection of gluten free treats as well for those with allergies or intolerance. I definitely recommend trying it out, I would absolutely come back again!

We just happened to stumble across this bakery while waiting for our tacos across the way. We ended up getting a brownie, a slice of cookies and cream cake. I really really wanted an apple pie pocket but they were sold out. They said they had some in the oven and would hold one for me when they were done. I’m so glad because it was amazing! Even bought some treats for my pup. Definitely will be making a stop here when in town.

I came here a week ago and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since then.
If you told me you had visited every single bakery on earth and this little bakery in Cascade was the best one I would believe you.
The savory items were well priced and filling. The croissant dough was like a gentle warm hug wrapping the ham and cheese in its little doughy arms.
The sweet items were perfect. Sweet enough, but not overly sweet to take away from the freshness and flavor of the fruit. Unbelievable work.

We stopped as we were driving through Cascade, and lucked into this delightful bakery. I had the sausage croissant and my wife had a quiche and pastry. All of these were delicious, and I recommend that you stop and try them as well.

We have visited this bakery several times when we’re in Cascade. Last weekend we had a team retreat nearby, so I placed an order for a carrot cake, pastries, cookies, brownies and sourdough bread. Our team was absolutely blown away by the amazingly delicious carrot cake and all the other treats. I highly recommend stopping by Mrs Tib’s bakery next time you’re driving through Cascade!

pumpkin scone is Absolutely moist and perfect!
I was in cascade for the weekend and noticed the sign for the bakery. Everything I bought was delicious. My favorite was the molasses cookie sandwich with pumpkin icing. It was perfect! If you are in the area stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

We love having a bakery in Cascade again. It's especially nice because it is a home grown family. Oh, and everything is very tasty & they always have a great selection of cakes, cookies, muffins, bread & CHEESECAKE!!! And, always willing to do custom orders. And, you should try their pretzels!

Absolutely loved the sampler box. We couldn't decide what we wanted, so we got a bit of everything! Each item was baked to perfection! We will definitely be stopping in again on our next trip through Cascade.
