Food poisoning central. Ate here in feb of 2023 and got food poisoning from the pulled pork. Decided to give it another chance (feb 2026) and definitely regret it. Served raw chicken like still laying eggs raw. Of course I already ate half of it before I noticed. So definitely stop and look before you bite. It will save you a horrible time in the bathroom and 2 days of missed work. Still walked out paying $80, doesn’t really sit right with me. Save your $$ and time and drive to McCall.

Hello we had a bad experience with the food I had a shrimp carbonara add pesto pasta with chicken the chicken was burnt my carbonara with shrimp only had three pieces of shrimp with spaghetti noodles with a pepper sauce that was watered down when I pay $60 for a meal expected to have better than spaghetti noodles and a burnt piece of chicken and three pieces of shrimp

Everything is fresh at Palooza! Nothing frozen and heated! Excellent food! Super quality!!! Never had a better Reuben in 56 years!!! Good service!

Food was awesome!! Especially the bison meatloaf!! I agree with the other reviews that it’s a little on the pricey end, but a truly delicious stop on our way through the area!!

Excellent food and service, great place to eat and have a drink in Cascade.
Came in for dinner while visiting Cascade. No one at the hostess podium, stood there for a good few minutes nobody behind the counter said welcome, or be right with you. Nothing. Should have just left at that point. Finally got a table. I ordered a beer and wife ordered a blood orange margarita.. 18 bucks figured it would be a good size drink. But it came out in a short glass loaded with crushed ice so not much of a margarita... we ordered a Ruben and a classic burger. The ruben was 17 bucks and had 2 thin slices of corned beef and mostly what seemed to be cold coleslaw that made the bread soggy.the burger I added the wagyu beef which would make it a 1/2 pound patty.. although the burger was good at 24 bucks I seriously doubt it was a 1/2 pound patty. I don't mind paying the price for good food and get what you pay for but I really feel taken advantage of at the place..probably the worst experience I have had in idaho dining out..
