Best Chipolte Chicken Sandwich! Fresh and cooked to perfection and fabulous fries and fry sauce! Husband says his cod fish n' chips and cole slaw were some of the best he has ever had! Next time we plan to stay over in a room.

My family of 5 and I had a great experience. The food was great and the server (Marsha) was stellar. Very helpful, gracious and appreciative for us to be there. It has an nice setting but holds the mountain feel. The only small issue we had with the place was it seemed their exhaust fan for the kitchen wasn't working as it smelled like a lot of cooking going on. Wasn't a big deal since it smelled delicious. I guess the good thing is the smell stuck to us the next day so we wanted to go back and eat again. Unfortunately we had to leave town but will back. Do yourself a favor and stop in passing through or on your stay.Food & drinks: Good variety of local and big brewery beers.

Food, service, staff, and atmosphere are all wonderful!! Our family of four couldn’t get enough of the truffle fries! We also had the pear and gorgonzola salad, the chicken sandwich, and the bread pudding for dessert. Will definitely be back!

The food and service are incredible! This is our go to place anytime we’re in Cascade. I wish there was more places like this to eat here besides fryer food. Definitely worth stopping in on your way to recreate, you won’t be disappointed.Nearby activities: Lake Cascade is minutes away as well as many campgrounds. During the winter great stop after skiing or snowmobiling.Food & drinks: Everything from hamburgers to fish. Nice beer and wine selection.

Not only did we eat at Palooza we stayed too and it was a fantastic experience both ways! Food had great flavor, and service was awesome. The basecamp was easy to access with appropriate codes and accommodations were great for a weekend in the mountains! We will totally be coming back - thanks for everything Palooza!Nearby activities: Hotsprings, hiking, etc.Walkability: Easy to get to anything in downtown Cascade!

This is easily the best place to stay in the valley. The rooms are updated and nice, and check-in is super easy with the codes. The restaurant has an incredible menu as well. So nice to have something a little more upscale compared to most restaurants in the area that build a menu around a deep fryer. 5 stars, will be back.

Trendy atmosphere. The gentleman that sat us down was super nice, I wish he would’ve been our server. The server we had was not friendly and actually was arguing with the other server which made it really awkward and uncomfortable. The food was bland and overpriced. Everything seemed to be an up charge. I will not come back. Don’t waste your money.
