Worst customer service ever. If your not happy with your job then go somewhere else so you don't take it out on the customer. I have never walked out of a place before, but I know I will never walk back into that place again

The lady working was absolutely so rude, she was training a male conworker and was being so snappy. And then my son sneakily grabbed the bell and started ringing it and I grabbed it from him and gave it to my husband to give back. As she yelling the bell needs to come back I looked at her and told her I’m getting it and dealing with it and she proceeded to tell him no they need to bring it back and he said no. Then she yelled across the dining room at my kids telling them how that’s not nice and she doesn’t care who did it. And I just glared at her and so did other customers I really regret not telling she can’t talk to anyone let alone kids the way she speaking and acting was not customer service at all. She had another older lady co worker that made our sandwiches and she was very sweet and you could tell she was annoyed by her too.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly unless you consider your kids being yelled at by some crazy employee

Staff (sorry, did not catch their names- 1 female and 1 male employee working on 7/26 around 3pm) were so friendly! Chatted with us about fishing and camping. Greeted us and a nice thank you for coming in. Good was wonderful, nice fresh bread. Restaurant was very clean!

Went here on our way back to Boise from McCall we met the owner and her daughter and they were wonderful with our boys and the time it took to place their orders. Super kind, super genuine and a very caring demeanor we will definitely comeback when we come through again. Best Subway experience ever.

The service at this location was outstanding! It’s the day before the Fourth of July, the town is packed and there’s a two hour wait for everything. We stopped at subway and your staff was very friendly, energetic and really seemed like they were having fun! The two people behind the counter are keepers for sure! Thanks for being fast( no we didn’t wait two hours) took about 5 minutes! Thank you!

Came in less than 10 minutes till closing and an employee named Devin welcomed us in with a big smile. He was very welcoming and nice and even sounded genuinely happy we came in. Very great costumer service

It's subway. What can I say? It's not terrible, not great. They were out of several breads, and there were 3 people working, and only one of them was attending to customers, while the other 2 were doing, I dunno. This poor guy was making the sandwiches, wrapping them, bagging them, and ringing everyone up. There were 5 people ahead of us, 3 of us, and then another round of people came in right behind us.
