The continental breakfast was better than expected. Everything we tried was delicious. The mother/daughter duo that cook breakfast said everything is fresh, and they try to make something different every morning. Friendly bar tender, helpful front desk. Everything was great.
Great stay overall! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast!
Food was not good at all and not cheap would not recommend

We have property in Cascade but it was our wedding anniversary so we decided to stay at the Nobo as a treat. We went out for dinner and came back to the Nobo at 7:45pm with the idea that we would go to the checkpoint wine bar when we returned. It was closed. We were told by the front desk that it was not busy enough to stay open tonight. My husband and I were very upset because that was one of the reasons we booked our stay here. About 15 other guests were as upset as we were. If your going to advertise hours of 5 to 10pm you need to be open 5 to 10pm. Even the local bar stays open even if there is only 1 customer. I am very disappointed and it ruined our anniversary. The room itself was great. But if you close the wine bar so quickly you might as well get rid of it.

Stayed at the Hilton property NOBO for 2 nights Friday and Saturday. 1st night we were interested in having dinner at the attached restaurant. The menu online looked interesting and there aren't a ton of options in Cascade. We asked the hostess if we could make a reservation for 8:45. She told us it depends on how busy they are. I said don't you close at 10pm, as both the sign on the restaurant and there website state. She told me they close anywhere from 8-10 depending on how busy it is. She spoke with someone in the back and reluctantly agreed to take our reservation. We showed up at 8:45 on the nose. There was not another person in the entire restaurant. We asked to sit outside on the patio and we're told they had closed the patio for the evening. The place had already been cleaned for closing and smelled strongly of bleach and cleaning products. We were seated and given a completely different menu from what is posted online. No tapas whatsoever. We asked for a wine list. When she came back you could just tell she was annoyed by us being there and that we were an inconvenience to her. I decided I didn't want to pay over $100 for bad service when they definitely wanted us to not be there. Luckily we had ordered pizza for our kids and ate it in our room. Disappointed on so many levels. Can't believe this is a Hilton property and that they would allow this to happen.
The hotel on the other hand was very nice!

They closed a full hour before they were supposed to.
The website states it was open however it was not. They need to update their open/close times
Stopped in late on a Thursday because we didn’t want to drive all the way to Donnelly. Didn’t know what to expect but ended up finding a gem. Food was incredible (the cremini! The sliders!!) and service was fast and on point. Dede nailed it with the recommendations! Fancy flavors but very low key, as you would expect for Cascade. Only took stars off for atmosphere because it is in a standard hotel dining area but if you know what to expect, it’s great.

Stopped in finally and had a few of the appetizers since I wasn't in dinner mode at the time but I'll be back. The food was so good. Every morsel was eaten and enjoyed. The staff is friendly and and adds greatly to the experience. Definitely going to heading there more often. Really, really good food. We're so lucky here in Valley County. ♥️

We stayed at the NoBo Hotel in Cascade and didn’t feel like venturing out for dinner. So we tried the hotel restaurant. The menu sounded good and we were excited to see VanLith ranch steaks listed. We ordered the clam chowder (soup of the day) and the wedge salad to start. Wedge was delicious! Clam chowder needed to be hotter & just a little salt & pepper. But the flavor was really good. We got the filet & ribeye for our main dishes. Both a little undercooked but the quality of the meat and the flavor were so yummy. Loved the vegetable sides & the garlic mashed. We order all 3 kids meals to go for the kiddos. Mac & cheese was so good. All of them were, actually. But $10 for one slider with no side was not worth it IMO. The kids devoured all of it. Would 100% go back.
