The General Manager went out of his way to give me a great dining experience! I even seen one of the crew members bring out an elderly couples food and pull out the chair for them!! I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time! Let alone from a fastfood restaurant!!! Kuddos guys! Keep it up!! You have a repeat customer with me!

Shout out to Keith working the drive thru today. It got busy, he had some difficult people but he was always kind and ensured my 'special' order was correct before I drove off. This meant a lot because I haven't had Arby's in years and I have been really craving it. Had my order been wrong I would have been bummed. Thanks for being awesome Keith. My food was delicious and hit the spot.

Went to grab my online order and it took me 10 minutes to even get it because they “didn’t have it”. As in, they said they didn’t even have the order somehow when my bank had charged me and I had the proof on my phone. Then I get my order and it’s entirely wrong. I got a gyro with ROAST BEEF. I was given one with whatever the other nasty meat is, it’s disgusting and I wasted my work lunch and money on this. It’s not hard to READ THE MODIFICATION. and last time I came here they were out of roast beef entirely? DO NOT come to this location go to Pocatello’s or just don’t go at all but this Arby’s is consistently trash .

We ordered 2 beef and cheedars. ONE with sesame seed bun and ONE with regular onion bun. Y'all need to pay attention A LOT more. Both were sesame seed buns. ?

Worst service ever at this restaurant. People all around us were taken care of before us. Waiter must have been new or something. Waited 15 minutes for a salad bowl that he brought dirty. Real disappointed. Mother's day. Was not busy. Won't go back for a while.
