Manager doesn’t keep food in stock I’ve tried to order the gobler sandwich 6 times and it’s not been available because there’s no turkey. Why offer something you can’t seem to keep in stock. Maybe you should order more turkey so you can have it in stock for the customer

They are completely unprofessional the drive through wait times were super long for only 3 cars in line and no one in store they had taken my order and then not rang it in then they proceeded to tell me they forgot I was in line and then proceeded to take my order again this is ridiculous they need to get it together at this location

Her attitude and customer service makes you want to come back, and you can tell she cares about the service she provides. If you’re looking for a quick bite without attitude, and your order correct the first time then hit the drive thru and she’ll get you taken care of

It’s hard to give a restaurant a fair review because everybody’s taste are so different when it comes to the type of food that is being served and how it’s presented. We went here last night after watching a movie right towards closing. That’s why the rating for service is a five because even though we were only 15 minutes away from closing, they were still smiles at the counter. Happy to take our order even though you knew what they really wanted was for us not to have walked in. The place was clean. We are the only ones in there so it was quiet. Our food was quick. It was good. Nothing spectacular. I had the new Angus Philly cheesesteak sandwich. OK it’s not exactly what a real cheesesteak should look like or taste like but it’s better than a lot of places that tried to serve one. Again, it’s hard to give a review on food that is so relative to each and every individual out there who eats it but I thought it deserves a four. Look, bottom line it’s an Arby’s restaurant when you go in you know what you’re gonna get. The food was hot. The food was good. The service was good but it wasn’t some five star restaurant so four stars seems to be a fair rating.
