It’s hard to give a restaurant a fair review because everybody’s taste are so different when it comes to the type of food that is being served and how it’s presented. We went here last night after watching a movie right towards closing. That’s why the rating for service is a five because even though we were only 15 minutes away from closing, they were still smiles at the counter. The General Manager went out of his way to give me a great dining experience! I even seen one of the crew members bring out an elderly couples food and pull out the chair for them!! I have not seen this level of customer service in a long time! Let alone from a fastfood restaurant!!! Kuddos guys! Keep it up!! You have a repeat customer with me!

Shout out to Keith working the drive thru today. It got busy, he had some difficult people but he was always kind and ensured my 'special' order was correct before I drove off. This meant a lot because I haven't had Arby's in years and I have been really craving it. Had my order been wrong I would have been bummed. Thanks for being awesome Keith. My food was delicious and hit the spot.
