Chubbuck Burger king is hands down the worst Burger King that we have in Pocatello and chubbuck. They charge you for condiments, they charge you if you want extra condiments. The staff and their customer service is absolutely horrible. The atmosphere inside Burger King is not welcoming. Every time I go there it gets worse and worse. Food there is mediocre at best and that has really gone downhill. I'll drive the extra distance and go to Jack in The box. At least their customer service is decent.

Seems weird to always be sold out of breakfast. Does your staff not want to make anymore? This isn’t an issue at McDonalds or any other place that serves breakfast in the morning. This is every time. Sold out of pretty much everything, except a couple of sandwiches?

would leave 0 stars if i could ? our food was horrible. nuggets were burnt, fries were old and stale and had no flavor, the burgers were cold and mushy, chicken fries were mushy, and our drinks had absolutely no flavor and was just carbonated water and were 95% ice. AND we were missing a medium fry, and usually we check to see if we have everything but they shoved all of our food into such a small bag that we would’ve had to take every single thing out of the bag while in our car to make sure everything was there. seriously disgusted after going here. the only explanation for this is lazy people who don’t want to do their job right. definitely will NOT go back and will be telling others not to as well.

I don't often leave reviews, but tonight the food was so bad, I feel like I have to. The chicken nuggets were burned, the chicken fries were mushy, the fries were old and stale, and the diet coke we got was pure carbonation and both of our drinks were 99% ice. They also left out a fry from our order. I usually check to make sure everything's there, but the bag was so small and packed that I would have had to take everything out of it in my car to do so. I'm pretty disappointed with it all and will definitely not be going back anytime soon.
Honestly I wish I could give it a zero. I used to love getting food from here but I decide to order from there app tonight on Halloween there not busy at all when I arrived at 8:43pm my order was suppose to be ready by 8:39pm I did not receive my food until 9:11 because as I was inside they wanted to focus on the drive thru orders only and kept pushing my order off. So unprofessional I guess I'm done with this bk because that's not acceptable. I could even see my order on there screen and they seen it and kept saying and pointing out other orders that came after mine both walk in and drive thru. I watched a large family order after I was there and get there food before mine and I only ordered 3 thing of chicken fries that wasn't even cooked until I showed them when it was suppose to be done.

THERE WAS A MOUSE!!!! We were eating our food in the kids' area and a MOUSE came scurrying out. When we told management the response was, "there's nothing we can do - there's a field behind us." Needless to say, Health Department was contacted because this should NOT be ok.
