This place is absolutely horrible. The meal portions have gotten smaller and smaller each time I eat here. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the drink sizes. Gave the girl a coupon for my meal but still ended up getting charged full price, didn’t give me or even offer me any sauces. Will not be coming back.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and the car in front of us still hadn't ordered. We left. As we drove past, we couldn't see anyone working. Service has been horrible lately. We won't go back.

Decent and usually pretty quick. HOWEVER I understand that fast food places run out of certain items sometimes but this specific location runs out of things frequently. Someone needs to step it up on ordering inventory. Also if anyone working there sees this, please for the love of all things good, CLEAN THE BATHROOM VENTS! It looks like it hasn't been touched in 20 years!

Chubbuck Burger king is hands down the worst Burger King that we have in Pocatello and chubbuck. They charge you for condiments, they charge you if you want extra condiments. The staff and their customer service is absolutely horrible. The atmosphere inside Burger King is not welcoming. Every time I go there it gets worse and worse. Food there is mediocre at best and that has really gone downhill. I'll drive the extra distance and go to Jack in The box. At least their customer service is decent.
