Of the 7 meals and spending $120. It was the worse meal we have had there. Skimpy on the rice, beans and meat. Only one in our party had a good meal, the rest of us ended up throwing our food out. Expensive food for what we got. Probably not going back.

I went through the drive-thru. The food was alright, not very big portions by any means, especially for the money. The chips and guacamole were the best part of the meal. The service was fine, however, I don't understand, if you hate customer service why do you work in a drive-thru at a restaurant where all you mostly do is work with the public? At least act like you know how to smile and not put off because a customer dared to buy food from you. Finish school and get a different job. You're lucky to have a job, it could always be a whole lot worse, believe me!

Yea place is ok super bland they nickle and dime you for everything..Charged an extra dollar to get sour cream on a burrito..Can't believe this place the service seemed like they were put out they weren't rude or anything like that. It just didnt seem like they wanted to be there..I wish they had Chipotle out here again.

We had a good meal, it was up to expectation. Service was reasonable as well, though they had some minor issues of forgetting what orders were ours and being more engaged with each other then with us as customers.
Our biggest critique of this location would be the cleanliness and organization of their dining area. It was not tidy or cleaned like you would expect, and the trash cans were all nearly overflowing and smelt awful if you passed near them at all.

Food was overcooked. You know, like extra chewy, hard, and had a horrible taste. They didn't ask about any sides such as sour cream or chips salsa. We had to ask several times. Tables and floors were very dirty. Drink machines are very dirty, and garbage cans overflowed. I have eaten here several times in the past and haven't minded spending the money because it was friendly and clean. However, this trip was horrible.

Your food tastes completely different at this location. I ordered a sweet pork salad. The meat, rice, and salad dressing were different. The overall taste was disappointing. I’ve had this experience a few times. Costa Vita in Logan and Idaho Falls tastes great still. You shouldn’t change the recipes if you are in a chain, just saying…

After a very long day that brought this pregnant lady to tears more than once, I finally had a chance to eat late in the evening. I placed an online order and drove over to pick it up. I was greeted by Alex at the drive through. I’m not sure if he could tell I had had a very long day or if he just went out of his way for fun, but he turned my whole day around. He was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was absolutely stellar. It’s employees like him that create loyal customers. I’m so grateful for him, he probably didn’t even know how much he made my day. So if you’re reading this Alex- thank you!

Super disappointed! Our family definitely prefers Costa Vida to Cafe Rio. Which is why we keep going back. But very annoying that NEVER fails everytime I go through the drive thru our order is messed up. Couldn't go inside last night and so I went through the drive thru. And every single one of our 4 meals was wrong. We said no cheese on 2 and not only was there cheese--the cojita was somehow all throughout the meal. I wouldn't be as upset except I repeated myself multiple times and the person repeated it back so i felt like it was very clear what we needed.

Ordered some food for a quick bite to eat. Mediocre customer service, and the cashier who handled my food also was handling the cash - cross contamination. Food has no, flavor, it tasted bad. I took one bite now I have a bad stomach ache. Also, the horchata was expired with a bad taste. I will not be going there again.
