Poor expectations. I ordered two medium pizzas from the app. It said 8-18min. I showed up to pick them up 20min later. I was told to wait 10-15min which was a bummer but not end of the workd. I sat and waited there for a few min shy of of an hour which is ridiculous when told 10-15min.

The website told us the food was ready. We arrived and were told it was almost done and then 45 minutes we heard our name called. The only thing good were the garlic bites. The cheese pizza was missing cheese in the center and was a thin all around. Not worth the wait.

I was ordering online and there was a 10.99 deal and unit didnt price it that way. When I called the store they told me they dont honor the deal. I have done this deal a few weeks ago and they honored it. So I have to pay more then the deal said.

So multiple people working, all of them ignoring the customers, 4 of us to be exact. Not acknowledging the phone ringing or seeking assistance from other coworkers to help. Super unprofessional

When ordered i asked for a Hawaiian pizza and BBQ chicken bits. When I received my order it wasn't what I asked for .I got a Honolulu and BBQ cicken pizza not impressed from it. On top of it they forgot to call out my order when it was ready. They ened up asking me the name on order and said they forgot to call it out.

We ordered 2 Pizzas and some wings. After 2 hours they said it would be another 45 minutes, and the only excuse we were given was that they were short-handed. Would not have tipped beforehand if we knew

The food and service is all over the place. Sometimes your pizza is loaded and hot and delicious.... Other times there's hardly any toppings on it and the pizza has obviously been shaken around in the box. I wish it was just more consistent so I'd know if I really want to order from here or not!
