We are still new to Pocatello and I have not had a chance to try all the coffee shops yet, but I am slowly trying them all! Today I tried Impressed Coffee Co. Came here for a coffee before a long 8 hours of driving and it was EXACTLY what I needed. I ordered an iced latte with Mexican Mocha Flavouring (half sweet) and it was SO GOOD. It definitely tasted like something you’d get in Mexico. The girl working that morning was professional and quick with her service. I wish there was an ImPressed Coffee in every city I’m stopping in.
