I wish they would actually feel the marinara cup. Mine was less than half full and I wasn't going to pay for another partial cup.

I was not impressed with the food at Little Caesars in Chunbuck. I just wanted no sausage on my pizzas and due to being a holiday when I try to get it complain about it the assistant manager was very rude and ect... I recommend the Pocatello store way friendlier service and they do a great job

I’m not impressed with how this hair was in my crazy bread. The customer service was great and the works were fast tonight 6-18-2025. Yes I will be calling the store and letting them know. But just getting everyone else know to check your food.

Totally dry, burnt crust that's hard, and not fresh. Ordered with extra pepperoni and I think it must have been sitting in the warmer for a long time because quality was poor and it was not fresh at all. Second time we have had issues with this location. Think I'm done.

I got a pizza on the 14th and while eating it I found a few brown hairs, the hairs weren't mine because I have blonde bleach hair. When I called they told me I would receive a refund, 4 days later I call back in because I haven't gotten it. Now they're telling me that I will not get a refund and can only put a customer complaint and get coupons. And because there is no employees with brown hair, But many of times i've seen employees with brown hair there. They clearly said i would get one to get me off the phone. Please do not go here, go to the one in pocatello on 4th st i believe, they are so much kinder and understanding. And their food is amazing at that one. This is going straight to the corporate.

Gave another customer the wrong change then told her they did definitely not coming back here my husband watched them NOT give her ANY change back the kid on the register on 12/21 @545 pm needs to learn how to count and give correct change don't come here if you are paying cash go to the south 5th location and the manager was disrespectful when she said she wanted her change back when they said she got it and put it in her pocket she put a coupon on the counter in her pocket not her damn change don't try to scam your customers I will be reporting this to corporate and I hope she does as well

Wanted to order the Puffs and was told they didn't have them hot and ready at that time. I said I'll wait. I ordered a couple of pepperoni and a couple of cheese. When I got them they did not have them marked which was which. Also they did not brush the tops with the garlic parmesan spread and there was only a drop of pizza sauce inside. They were the driest 'bread muffins' I've ever had. Go to the other location. So much better

I went in & ordered one pepperoni pizza & I had to wait somewhere around 30-45 minutes for it. This was unacceptable. The guy at the front was very nice about everything but the back looked like they took their sweet time about whatever they were doing. I watched them prepare about 3 or 4 other pepperoni pizzas & not pass them out. There was a guy beside me who had been there before I was even there & he still hadn’t gotten his two pizzas by the time I had left. This is really unacceptable. Little Caesar’s pizza used to have hot & ready all the time & they used to be quick to make one if they didn’t have one ready I don’t know what has happened since then but it’s getting to be pretty annoying. I hope this review encourages some changes to be made.
Not ONCE have we been to this location without a 20-45 minute wait for a HOT N READY. If you can't keep this no-wait pizza promise at least some of the time, then CHANGE IT. Just gotta say if we can go to MOD and customize and cook a pizza before you can have a single HOT N READY available, that's a problem.

Waited 30 minutes for my order past the pick-up time, and the excuse was that nothing was prepped that morning. I came into the store, and the order wasn't even put into the oven until 20 minutes after I had arrived at my pick-up time. No apology, just a comment that I could contact the manager in the morning. Very unfriendly, like it was a bother I was there. Won't be back!
