Ya know I am not the type to complain or really say anything when it comes to business establishments because I understand the frustration. However when two customers are standing at the counter waiting for more than 5 minutes and unfortunately you can clearly see that they are just standing around hanging out and not working. This is the first time I have left a review and I would not of left one if the employee wasn't rude when I came up. I would of forgave the wait but not disrespect. It just sucks because the manager who is usually there does awesome, I wish the staff reflected how the manager works and thinks.

The lady told me ten mins for my pizza and took twenty minutes to get it to me and when I put in the order she pulled the box of cheesesteak bites out of the heater and let them sit and get cold on the prep table. On top of all this I was able to see the back and nobody was wearing gloves as the handled my food and not only that when the guy was putting my pizza together he had the pepperonis in his hand up against his shirt. Needless to say I got cold food of cuz the bites say out for twenty minutes worst experience ever

Went to go pick up my online order, which I was greeted by the manager walking out who said “well now I have to turn around and help you.” Seemed weird but not un expected by these employees. I receive my pizza and as I’m leaving every employee follows behind me to the managers vehicle parked out front. Best way I could describe what I was seeing is a little drug break out in the parking lot. Anytime I go in nobody seems to be functioning properly or can act like they are talking to another human. Will not be returning as I fear something worse than hair ends up in my food. This place needs cleared out or closed.

The fastest pizza i ever got! For $10 I got a lrg cheese pizza and 8 piece breadstick. It was perfect for my friend and I with plenty left over for the next day. Smiling faces and patient. A very small front area and the crowd of people in the small are was a little much but i didnt have to stay long. Pizza and breadsticks were hot and perfect! Love a free pizza for my next visit!. LoL
I find myself unimpressed with the employee that walked past completed orders several times (mine included) and then chose to get on their phone before choosing to hand them out during a busy time. I waited an additional 19 minutes for my order to be completed. 5 of those minutes watching my food sitting ready on the back table.

I was not impressed with the food at Little Caesars in Chunbuck. I just wanted no sausage on my pizzas and due to being a holiday when I try to get it complain about it the assistant manager was very rude and ect... I recommend the Pocatello store way friendlier service and they do a great job

I’m not impressed with how this hair was in my crazy bread. The customer service was great and the works were fast tonight 6-18-2025. Yes I will be calling the store and letting them know. But just getting everyone else know to check your food.
