Went to get a quick lunch that turned into a 30 minute wait and then was taken off the serving board. So run times are more important then getting the customers the food they paid for. I had to get a manager just to get my food. Completely horrible staff.
I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive-through, I asked if they could add Max sauce to my burger they said they’ll ask the kitchen to add it, And they might add it they might not. I then pulled through paid and was told to wait in spot three. I waited 15 minutes. upon receiving my food there was no sauce on my burger and the fries are old and cold for having to wait 15 minutes. My food should’ve been fresh and they could’ve added a little bit of sauce.
