We ordered 500.00 catering from Olive Garden and were extremely disappointed by the drop-off experience and how my daughter was treated. The staff’s behavior during the delivery was rude and dismissive, which made an embarrassing situation for her and our group. This isn’t the level of service we expect from a family-friendly restaurant.

First I would like to say Crystal is the best server ever. She was friendly and polite and all around a happy person. She deserves a raise! Tell her I said that. If you have ever read my other reviews you know I don’t say that often! She should be a trainer for all new servers. I have been to this one before about 2 or 3 years ago when it first opened and the service was not that good, they sat us in the bar area where it was loud and crazy we couldn’t even talk to each other across the table without yelling. But today was like night and day from the last visit and Crystal made it that way for us! I can’t say enough about her service. Thank you Crystal! I ordered angel hair pasta with meat sauce and broccoli 🥦 it was delicious 🤤 and those breadsticks were delicious. See photos. Overall it was a great experience and not that bad of a price.

Everything and Everyone was Awesome! Joe did a fantastic job! The spaghetti was great as well as the Black Tie Chocolate Mousse Cake. I would also like to recognize Marquita, she is always so very pleasant and is just an all around Incredible person!

Olive Garden never disappoints even when your in Pocatello, Idaho. It's a high quality Italian classy restaurant, delicious food and always top notch service every time. Always recommend for a nice experience. It is a high level addition to Pocatello eating options.

Be careful at this place. We shared a meal at the Pocatello Olive Garden today and they brought us one salad which comes with the meal. When the bill came they charged us over 8 dollars for another salad and we got no more than comes with the meal! A real rip off!

The food is typical generic Italian. Nothing grand or special. Nothing terrible. Our service was wonderful and our server Lior was excellent. We had a nice out of the way table so the noise wad not bad.

They brought 4 out of 5 of the entree’s out. We sat there for 20 minutes still nothing. Then the waitress comes over to see how things are she realized that we are still waiting. She says she is going to check on it. Another 10 minutes goes by. I go up front and ask for a manager. The girl asked me to tell her and she would go tell the manager. Another 10 minutes goes by. The waitress comes out and says the manager does not want to come out so just take the cost of the entree off the ticket. Waited another 15 minutes. Still no entree… We left… No apology from them at all, nothing. I paid for the food we got because that is the honest thing to do but I did not leave a tip. Poorest service I have ever had at a restaurant. If they had been honest or the waitress would have said she forgot to put it in or anything I would have not been so disappointed, but no one even cared at all… I am not one to ever complain but the service was so bad and the people that work there have absolutely no customer service skills at all. They need new management. I was shocked that the manager would not even come out to talk to me, and I was nice…. Worst service ever…

Overall our service was incredible and they were on top of everything. My s/o had ordered the 6 oz sirloin and after everyone’s food came a waitress came up to say they forgot to cook the steak and by the time they brought us the food(30 min) it was overdone and was almost too tough to cut through. Other than the food fiasco the staff was super generous and extremely polite.

Really good service. The waiter remembered my in laws from when they ate there several months earlier which I thought was nice. The food is pretty good.

The Chubbuck Olive Garden does a great job of providing a nice atmosphere for a lunch or dinner and the staff is always pleasant.
