The lady at the drive-thru, Perla was so kind and had amazing service. She helped me set up the app and double checked whether we wanted sauce or utensils. 10/10 service!

Im quite frustrated because i enjoy the food here but it seems like it's a consistent problem when my wife goes through the drive through they mess up our order. I typically dont complain because we like most of the food however, today they just left off two entrees. It's irritating because we now have to drive back across town to get the food they we paid for that wasn't given to us. I understand mistakes get made but this is unreasonable.

I came in about 45 mins before they were closing and they were slammed. All the staff had boxes in their hands and were very busy. A girl was sweeping the dining room and she kindly greeted me as soon as I opened the door. Then she set her broom down and ran up to the line and helped me decide what to order. Her name is ANN. She was amazing and didn't rush me despite how busy it was. The food is always good but this review is really for ANN! 5☆☆☆☆☆ for ANN and her help!!

Food is inedible.. the food for starters was warm not hot and it all tastes of the same like old grease. When we asked for a partial refund they were in no way able to help us at all other than for more of their horrible food never eating there again so being that the only way that they could help us is for a food voucher for that specific location same as no help at all I would recommend staying as far away from this place as you can

Twice this week I ordered 3 item plate. The first day I wasn't given the third entree and I had to go back through the line. Today I order the same this time the third item wasn't included. Not sure what's happening. Better service is needed in my opinion

We arrived 18 minutes prior to closing and planned on getting takeout. Vayda told us rudely, no fewer than 3 times, that they were closing in “a few minutes.” She also looked at her watch as I decided what to order. We were in and out of the restaurant in 3-4 minutes. Hope the cops who were in line behind us were treated better. Such poor customer service, Panda Express should use footage of our visit for their “what not to do” training videos.
