Ordered the Black Pepper Sirloin Steak. All fat and gristle. Charges $1.50 more for fat and gristle? If that’s the quality of one of the most expensive items on the menu I don’t need to eat anything else from Panda Express.

Door and google maps say they close at 10:30 PM Sunday- Thursday. So why when I arrive at 10:02 PM I get rudely told by a staff member walking to her car that they are closed and all of the food is in the trash? I mean at least have a good excuse for closing the store early so you can go home.

went there last night around 10 (they close at 10:30) and they didn’t even speak through the drive through speaker, they yelled at us from the window and rudely said to leave. they also were rude to the people who were in line in front of us. extremely disappointed with how rude and unprofessional they were. both me, and my fiance were shocked with how they acted. i’m glad we didn’t place an online order because our money would’ve been wasted. if you close at 10:30, you should probably not close early then proceed to be rude to customers. we come here all the time but don’t know when we will be coming back if this is how they treat their customers.

also the fact that every single review is ignored by this restaurant, instead of trying to reach out and solve the issues say a lot. this restaurant does not care about their customers or the type of establishment they are running. if your customers are having issues with your restaurant, you should probably have the decency to reach out to make it right. 🤷🏽‍♀️ but obviously this establishment is in no way professional.
