Twice this week I ordered 3 item plate. The first day I wasn't given the third entree and I had to go back through the line. Today I order the same this time the third item wasn't included. Not sure what's happening. Better service is needed in my opinion

We arrived 18 minutes prior to closing and planned on getting takeout. Vayda told us rudely, no fewer than 3 times, that they were closing in “a few minutes.” She also looked at her watch as I decided what to order. We were in and out of the restaurant in 3-4 minutes. Hope the cops who were in line behind us were treated better. Such poor customer service, Panda Express should use footage of our visit for their “what not to do” training videos.

Good food, but can be VERY RUDE if you're a DoorDash driver. I know doordash drivers don't tip but we are people too....CMON!

The worker I talked to was very nice, but her colleagues the next day sure messed everything up. I ordered food for my Vegetarian Friend delivery... vegetable fried rice, vegetable chow mein, and Vegetarian spring rolls. He was delivered Chicken Fried Rice and Fried Shrimp, so basically nothing he can eat. I don't see anyway to get a refund or anything, so I guess we are both out of luck.

We waited 40 minutes for our food , it was cold other than the one dish we were waiting for. The food did not taste good,it had been sitting in the to go boxes for the 40 minutes we were waiting we watched as it sat on the counter when the first part was dished up the boxes were already soggy. One of the staff came out and did bring out 4 spring rolls for our wait which we appreciated but most definitely will not be going back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I got some major food poisoning the next day after eating here. My Girlfriend got some major heart burn so if you want to eat here at your on discretion, that’s up to you. If you care about your health don’t eat here!

If I could do zero I would! My girlfriend went to get panda recently. The lady helping her was super disrespectful, and gave away our food to the car I front of her. And didn’t offer to compensate for it. It was around 10pm and it says it closes at 10:30pm, and they wouldn’t offer to remake our food. We settled for what they had left and ended up getting food poisoning.
There so slow on giving orders out I've waited almost an hour for my food and went through 3 doordashers now like really I'm just hungry I've done better and I have 10+ years experience with food

My bowl was deliciously yummy an very hot peppers ?️ inside it!!. The building was very cold inside to enjoy your meal though.. otherwise it's a good spot!!!..
