I’m not sure what it was about today, but my grilled cheese sandwich that I ordered was nothing but two pieces of bread with melted cheese inside. It was not grilled. I also ordered chicken noodle soup to go with that “Cheese sandwich“ and I was sick from my back end for the rest of the day. I ordered all of this through the drive-through, and the person in the drive-through was great, but that’s all I can say was great from this establishment.

Wow! After ate in almost all around West in Panera, it is the worst service my family had have for dinner....so ..8 pm they closed the kitchen, dirty tables. We ordered for ate, Not for go...they never explained and put our food how go...full the grease paper, broken bag.....out of bread.......Horrible service from a Big City! Dessappoint I paid $60 ...

This has got to be the worst Panera that has gotten my business. I eat a lot of Panera coast to coast, so I know how good it can be. I should have known it would be disappointing when there was absolutely no one working the register the whole time I was ordering via the kiosk. Then I see the note saying no buzzers for notification that your order is ready. Should have run when I saw the filthy floor and tables in the dining area. Observed a girl finally cleaning the tables, but she just knocked the visible filth to the floor or chairs. Explains the floor issue. Sandwich was inedible because it was absolutely loaded with the onions. Salad was ok, but could have used a little more dressing. I strongly recommend that you do NOT eat here. I did and pray that I do not get sick.

Food is great at this location! However, I was very surprised that it took 22 minutes for a rapid pickup order when we were the only people in the store.
Great place to sit down and have a bowl of soup and some bread there's plenty of parking and you feel like you're welcome when you walk in the door excellent place a must try excellent place

This was my first time eating at a Panera Bread and it wasn't really what I was expecting I guess. It didn't feel very clean and it seemed a little run down. The drink station was a disaster area and the restrooms were not very clean. The food was okay, nothing that would make me go back.

Got there 45 mins before they closed. No lids for drinks and no napkins available. The place needed to be cleaned up.. The drink area was yuck. Booths needed to be cleaned off.

The tables and seats are always dirty everytime we come in. There was no one at the front desk and then was told to use the Kiosk, which I don’t mind using the kiosk but the option to have someone take your order is nice. We really like the food here so it sucks that we can’t just sit down and enjoy without having to clean up after others.
