Great food and sort of friendly staff who I guess are just overworked but the tables are all sticky and covered in layers of sticky goop that never gets cleaned off so just order to go and don’t bother going in and it’s a great experience!

I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by Crystal or Krystal or however it's spelled. She helped me at the counter and I then ran into her into the bathroom where I witnessed her NOT WASH HER HANDS and immediately go back to serving people. Immediately ruined my dining experience and I feel so grossed out I won't come back even for drive-thru.

This place is filthy disgusting nasty dirty tables, dirty bathroom, dirty corners, dirty employee clothes wrinkly none of the products are covered in the open air right by the door besides, the price is ridiculous for bread that is so hard it would break your teeth the Pocatello Panera bread restaurant needs to be shut down

We ordered dinner on 2/18/25. We picked it up. Got it home. The things not in our bag that was supposed to be. 2 baguettes, chips, orange scone. This is not the first time we haven’t gotten our whole order. But, this is the first time my husband called to bring it to their attention. We were told we could of course get back in our car and retrieve the rest of our order. My husband declined. We were then told they would deliver the complete order. That was 1.5 hours ago. I am DONE with Panera. We only ordered soup because I had dental work done today.

Service is poor, bathroom is unclean and full of trash, tables/benches are all dirty and sticky, every time I have gotten fruit as a side it is borderline inedible because its either just fruit rinds or has gone bad.

I will never step foot in this trash restaurant ever again The manager Carrie I think her name is is incredibly rude and disrespectful she should not work here food was cold and disgusting.. I was doing deliveries with my fiance I went into pick up one of my orders and she was so nasty and so rude I hope they find another manager that has better customer service skills and knows how to treat people with respect Will never step foot in that restaurant again

If I could give it zero stars I would, came in November 15th around 5pm waited in drive through for over 20 minutes only 3 cars ahead of me, I finally went in and asked for my food the manger their was rude and nasty to me because I said the drive time was slow which it was. like sorry to hurt your feelings for being truthful but your also a manger of a corporation maybe you should have some respect and than for me to walk out and hear her say next time I’m not gonna give them the food is just uncalled for no need to be ignorant to me

It had been quite busy when I walked in, but the staff helped me quickly. There was a slight mistake in my order, but when I called, they told me they would help me fix it and they even gave me a free bakery item. I was very impressed by the dedication to quality service It made me feel valued as a consumer.

The place itself is nice with lots of natural light, and the food was good as expected. However, the cleanliness was a big issue. There were crumbs and spilled drink spots everywhere, on the tables and seats.. and it didn’t seem like anyone was in a hurry to clean it up. We sat near 5 dirty tables ( no dishes just dirty) , food under the tables and in the time we were there, workers walked past them at least 4 times to go outside without stopping to clean. Panera really needs to step up their cleaning game—it made what could have been a great experience a bit disappointing.
