wow last night they was super busy when I went in. ordered the Supreme and meat lovers and the time it took was the usual 15 mins until served. the employees were super busy and yet they was very nice and answered questions. they always been good and great

I ordered from the app and requested curbside pick up. I ended up waiting almost 20 extra minutes in their parking lot because *checks note* "they don't do that anymore" ? I wished it was posted on the app or on a sign on their door so I wouldn't have wasted my time smh.

Went to the pizza hut in chubbuck and got the best service ever. The manger Paul was so awesome with our autistic grandchild that was starting to have a mini melt down. Usually we get mean stares and rude comments when this happens but Paul was a champ and just started talking to her. I guess it was his voice so kind and quiet just for her. The pizza as always was amazing and I just have to say the service was phenomenal. Thank you Paul and chubbuck pizza hut you guys rock.

Ordered 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 pepperoni and sausage. There was so much sauce, the crust was doughy and soupy. Please, please bring back uniformity when training. Your pizza used to sell itself, and I’m no longer sold.
I had ordered 8 Mild Buffalo wings but I got 8 medium, they were too hot for me to really eat them. I checked my receipt but it claims I ordered the medium, but I never order medium buffalo so I know I didn't do it.Also, I had tried to use my reward points to get an additional 8 mild buffalo wings but it kept giving me an error message saying there was some technical glitch and it wouldn't add them to my order.Over all, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I should have just ordered from Domino's.

Honestly, I'm super disappointed in this location. I ordered 16 boneless wings, it arrived 45 minutes passed the expected delivery time. I called and asked about it and the manager told me to calm down, the driver had left and was on his way and it's just wings. I explained that that was my concern, was that the driver was lost or delivered to the wrong address because it had been 30 minutes past when it was said to be delivered and he again said sir calm down I'm sure he's almost there he's not lost. The driver arrived about 10 minutes later with cold food and it wasn't even sauced with the correct sauce I chose. Literally I don't understand why they won't do anything about how poorly this location is ran. It's been this way since it was built..wish we could get the dine in back in chubbuck. My kids loved a good personal pan and a salad bar once a week!

Pizza was ok but no hot pepper flakes or Parmesan unless u want to to pay for it. Cmon 99.9% of pizza places give them out for free.....tight no thanks

Slow delivery service with no updates between online/app ordering and what the store is actually doing so when it says 30-45 min delivery or that your order is on the way they actually mean is over an hour at minimum and the only response they had when I called over 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be here was that their ordering system isn't accurate so take that for what it's worth I guess you get it when they feel like it which doesn't work for me
