Great, Trish was amazing!
We stopped in today for lunch. I’ve been a Subway app member for many years. I had some Subway gift cards I bought at Costco that I down loaded to my app. I was at the store at 12:33 pm, the purchase was for$9.53. I had seven dollars and change on one card. I had thought I could use this amount and a second payment gift card for the rest. William, store employee, didn’t even understand my request. He tried to call a female boss, who didn’t answer. Then called Trevor, but didn’t properly understand the problem or explain it to him. Since this was going nowhere, I scanned my second card for the full amount and decided to not use what was left on the first card. William let me know, he only makes $8.00 an hour and he shouldn’t have to put up with this. I am a Navy Veteran. Sixty-six years old and disabled. William clearly explained to me that I was no longer welcome in this store. I’ve lived in Pocatello twenty years. I’ve ate at this store, due to convenience, for a good many years. You win William.

Was there when it was regularly busy. It seems this location couldn’t handle it. Typically I go to Subways where there are two staff. Three here couldn’t handle the drive through, meanwhile I saw more than three parties exit the store. I exited the drive through after 30 minutes and went inside. With three people in line in front of me, it still took an hour in total. I told the staff how long I had waited and they were very, very rude.

Unfortunately half a star or no stars is not an option. This place need some serious attention. Not only on cleaning but in customer service. It took is 35 to 40 minutes to get 7 sandwiches. There were three young girls working. I was pawned off to another girl after the first girl (she was bossing the other 2 around and not doing much of anything herself), realized how many sandwiches I was ordering. The 3rd girl did on-line orders which was fine. The first girl came back and helped the ladies behind me. She ordered the other 2 girls to move out of the way because she was making her stuff. Those ladies wantes lettuce on their nachos and she said it doesnt come with it and would give it to them but these ladies were in and out. The girl helping me did one sandwich at a time. The first girl took all of the sandwiches to the back room from the girl working on them. Then come check out time she asked what I had for sandwiches. I was reminder quickly why I don't go to Subway and will not be going back to a Subway again.
P.s. I should have read all the reviews first.......there is pattern here. Terrible service, rude workers and a long wait. Maybe something should be done or it will not last long.

I was in the drive thru today and the lady taking my order her name is serenity she had bad customer service she was rude and inpatient the order was wrong I asked them to remake it over the phone and she denied me and then hung up. I will not be going back there. Very unprofessional
Today for lunch I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. The sandwich was delicious 😋. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. They made it correctly. Unlike other Subways in Pocatello! I order through Door Dash at times. I was surprised and disappointed when I didn’t see soft drink options on the app? Why? They only had 3 drink selections none of them fountain drinks.. I found this puzzling and none of which I wanted. My drink is Diet Pepsi. Also, i couldn’t select pepper jack cheese. The app would only let me select American cheese which doesn’t have any flavor 🙄. I like the pepper jack cheese 🧀. So I am going to bring that to the attention of Door Dash thats a guarantee! I don’t care 🤷🏻 if pepper jack cheese costs more! Thats what I wanted.

The girl working tonight was genuinely just rude for zero reason. Slamming containers around, and approaching me with an overall annoyed attitude isn’t really what I would call good customer service. Maybe it’s just me, but I personally don’t treat my customers like that. At least be welcoming🤷🏻♀️

I have bad eyes and I thought subways still did the $5 sandwich. Then I ordered. (3 drive through people were served before me. I payed then realized it was $13... (THAT PRICE IS bad..) but anywayI thought it was $8.99. So I asked and the RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER DELT WITH!! Super rudely said it was $13 for a sandwich. No meal .. nothing. I will never go there again and neither will evenyperson I know... the manager was gross, probably jerry vogals friends. And I'm 99% positive they were on crystal (meth)

It's best to go in person, so you can make sure they put the right toppings on. Have had some bad experiences with delivery, where the toppings were on the wrong sandwiches at this store.

Kid-friendliness: This place is a very good place to eat but there is this very horrible mean lady named “Nicole” and she was swear at the other employees and yelling at the employees too, she was being very rude and was making a hostile environment for my family so I will not be going back here anytime soon with that “employee” being there

I went into get a sub from subway and there were 3 people working. A cute girl who looked like she was in high school (I think in training), a middle aged man and a bigger girl that had on very pale makeup and black hair. The last worker I described is the one I had the problem with. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Zero customer service. If I was managing that place I would fire her immediately. Not only was she rude to me, but she was also being rude and impatient to the other girl co worker who seemed to be in training. I felt bad for that little co worker! Please subway management, take this complaint seriously. Bigger girl with pale makeup and black hair needs to be dealt with.

Service is terrible. The employees have no idea what they're doing at any given time, despite being full-grown adults. I've had better customer service from a high schooler. The first time I visited this location, I walked inside and had to wait 15 minutes for an employee to even be at the counter.
I recently tried to order a sandwich called the Mexicali. It's an old menu item and I was told "We don't have that anymore." I listed the ingredients and asked them if they had them. They had everything and still refused to make the sandwich for me. Even stuff that IS on their menu, such as artisan bread, is never available and the employees are never polite about explaining this.
The dining room itself stinks and the bathrooms are not taken care of, air freshener clearly taking place of proper sanitation.
I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Love this location and the staff is on point. They are great to communicate with and customer service is great. Destiny was awesome to work with, and we had a large order. Next time you try this location if Destiny is working you will be well taken care of! Thank you so much!
