It took forever to get our food, grilled cheese wasn't melted, and the bun for the fish sandwich was moldy. The only thing worth it was ice cream.

I've come in on almost a daily basis over the last several months and have had nothing but good experiences, the staff is super friendly and have always been quick with preparing my order. I will for sure be coming back in the future

Food Is great. Ice cream and fries are good. Don't know about burgers or anything but everyone likes dipping French fries in ketchup right? Anyways not very clean atmosphere. However waffle Wednesday is good and fries are good.

What happened to this place?!! Everything is so dirty! We had to ask them to clean a table just so we could sit down. No adult anywhere! Every chair had food stains and the walls and floors too. The pop machine wasn't working abs was very dirty. The young kid came out and only cleaned 2 of the 10 tables!! The table we did sit at had a huge spider web in the window with tons of bugs and flies trapped in it. The bathroom had pee all over the walls and no toilet paper and the toilet had not been cleaned in forever. Food was undercooked! How do they have a food license still?

We went for finger steaks they were out the last three times ordered fish and fry's the fish breading was not done all they way to fish and fish was cold the last time we were there they only gave us half are order . I always like the south fifth store but not going to Chubbuck store anymore

This place is a joke. My family and I have been supporting these guys for 40 years now. I've gave Steve some suggestions on what he should do different. Number one was hire people that know how to take simple orders, people with respect. I don't see how he stays open and it's sad.Steve as a business owner you need to be more involved. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to own a smooth running business, you would have thought you known this. If you have to be there the whole entire time so be it. If you can't then find someone who wants to work and knows how too. Or sell me your business!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like there's food is going downhill they used to have one of the best taco Burgers there was but I do believe this time when I got the taco Burger they left out the taco seasoning it is completely tasteless. And the guy that he was an older gentleman I think he was not friendly at all I probably won't go back it's sad because they used to have good food

Great food and ice cream. Both locations need attention in the lobby. Fly traps. Very unsanitary!!!

I feel like everything could be taken up a notch service; usually by teenagers revealing too much about their personal lives, too loudly, the nuggets and fries could be better quality, the environment could be more up to date. Upside is really good bang for the buck and despite any shortcomings will be a repeat customer.

Ordered a taco salad and it was cold an raw an tasted nasty. It was gross! They put cheese on an microwaved it till the cheese was melted. You don't cook/prepare taco salad like that.I have 30yes experience in the restaurant business and thumis is the worst. This is the 3rd time I've ordered food from both restaurants and got nasty uncooked gross food!Where's the pride in one's work an where is the manager? Should be making sure things are getting done right.I will never order food from either restaurant. Both are bad!

The ice cream and fries are awesome.The regular burgers are alright.The fish & chips and the Space burgers are not worth ordering. Space burgers are just pressed in wonderbread, and the batter for the fish is so thick it doesn't cook all the way, and doesn't finish cooking the fish.

Not a single person over 16 all are to stoned to even get an order right.... My wife was lied to they f+-*/+- up her shake twice! Use to love this place and give 5 stars now it's a hard 0 get some adults here to manage these kids!
