Ordered an 16oz Iced Latte. Was made hot, requested to be iced. Instead of making new, hot coffee was poured into 16oz cup of ice (im sure some of hot coffee wasted) and handed back to me with no ice as the hot coffee melted all the ice. Requested more ice. Ice was put into 16oz full cup (I'm assuming more coffee poured out) and ice added. By the time i got my iced latte it was so watered down it tasted like diluted coffee with a hint of flavor. Not impressed. Should have been made fresh not put scolding hot coffee in a cup of ice and expect it to be an iced coffee.

This place by far has got every other coffee place beat. Nobody can compare to the human bean. They are the best I will never go anywhere else for my coffee fix! Y'all need to come experience what I'm talking about and get you a Carmel granita with Java chips and whipped cream asap.

Really nice and very upbeat especially jack and lily they are my fave Barista’s here and they will always take care of you!! Also the affogatos are amazing. You always get a Chocolate covered espresso bean.

So, how do you rate a place that has really good service-quick and friendly-but then your latte tastes like they used burnt coffee as a base and the caramel you requested is non-existent? Thankfully there are plenty of other places I can grab a coffee at....sigh
