I’m a huge fan of Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I’ve had Phillies from all over the US. I’ve had a Philly cheese from a sketchy DC food truck and ate it on lawn of The National Mall overlooking the Washington Monument…and none of them even come CLOSE to how good The Works’ Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich is. I searched the continent to find the best Philly ever had, just to realize that I only had to drive 5 minutes to find it! Highly recommend. Awesome food, clean restaurant and AMAZING service!! Please never go out of business, I will have a menty b if I don’t have a Philly cheesesteak from the works every 3 months at the very least.

Always messes up our order and the price paid for what you get is definitely not worth it. They were good when they first opened but highly do not recommend them if you are curious!
A few things stand out. Their food is delicious, but their service does as well!
It's sometimes hard to hear them but overall they give excellent service and hire well.
It's a little more expensive by the time you get sides and cookies but it's definitely worth it!

Good food I would give them 5 stars but I dont think the person at the cash register should be handling food without changing gloves everytime they handle money.

Have been here a few times with clients from work and have never been disappointed. The staff is always super friendly and the food is pretty good. We have always come during the lunch rush and have never had to wait more than a few minutes to put our order in.

Great place to stop in for lunch. Service was amazing. They got me in and out of the line within a minute while being friendly. Their sandwiches are good but not the best if that's what you're looking for. Although their sides are worth stopping in for. Overall a sandwich, side, and drink will set you back $15 or so depending on what you get, worth it in my opinion.

Hands down one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had, especially for $22. Everything about it was bad. The lunchmeat was scarce in general. The ham was paper thin. The cucumber slices were not only so thin you could see through them, but they looked like they had been sliced three days ago only to get limp and soggy in a refrigerator. The tomatoes were unripe and also looked like they were not sliced in the last 24 hours. The bread was soggy and not sufficient to hold together as a sandwich. This was a second chance as the first time we went here, it was mediocre at best. Apparently, the mediocrity of that first experience was a fluke. This time was far worse. Never again. For the same money, we could've gotten a sandwich we actually enjoy at Firehouse.

I know it’s a deli, but they had hamburger on the menu and that sounded good…. But I don’t think the workers had ever prepared a hamburger before. Meat tasted like sausage, they brought it to me with no sauces on it, and they were out of ketchup, I asked for white and got wheat, it was on a hoagie type bun- not a round one; bread was cracking- kind of hard-like it was old, flaked off in chunks when you took a bite. Husband got a Reuben; meat was minimal not like a usual amount elsewhere; he gave it a 2.5.; mostly ate the inside, tossed a chunk of the bread.Tots were overdone, he liked his cottage fries; they did have fry sauce, which he loves.?The young workers were nice and polite and kept apologizing… the older rock music they were playing was fun for a trivia game with husband while eating… but food was very sub par.First time there…. But don’t believe we’ll ever return.
