The chubbuck wal mart bakery has the sweetest associate ever. We needed a last minute ice cream cake for my daughter birthday, day of mind you, and I called and Shay postponed going on her lunch break so I could come check out what they had in stock and so she could write on it for me. When I got there, she showed me what there was and was going to write something but then I told her that my kiddo wanted a kitty ice cream cake. She took the time and made the cutest darn, genuine, kitty ice cream cake.I have been running into a lot of horrible customer service experiences recently, and Shay has restored my hope and faith in the service industry for sure. Thank you again Shay ?❤️??

They were more than happy to help me find the cake I needed and even double checked to make sure it was in stock, Alberstons WOULD NOT look at their own cake book in front of them to see if they had a "How To Train Your Dragon" theme for a cake. They were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks Walmart, we will be back for the next birthday cake.
