This automotive center is the most poorly managed store in the Walmart network. Upper management really needs to intervene and correct the supervision here. Compared to other Walmart locations I have been too this store is an embarrassment to the entire franchise. It really is a question of employee attitude and training. stop blaming Covid in September of 2022

Hooray for another Walmart that supports overnight parking. I stopped into the store for a few bits, used the restroom and then moved the van to a spot not far from the Pickup area. I was hoping I could get close enough to MacKenzie River to pick up their wifi but no. The store was reasonably tidy and clean. Stock looked fine. The cart corrals needed attention and there was a queue at the self-checkout register. Pretty much a typical Walmart experience. A-OK. [Review 17801 overall - 69 in Idaho - 1322 of 2022.]

TRASHHHYYYY. This store is stuck in 1995. They were also doing construction and we literally had to jump boxes just to get to peanut butter. It was terrifying and dirty. I would never shop here if we lived anywhere close. TERRIBLE experience.

used to go to walmart all the time, until i got tired of the lazy and irresponsible employees, absolutely disgusting, if there was negative stars on this place, trust me i would be the first to hit negative 5 stars, and on top of that you will sit on the phone for hours and when they answer, they hang up. this needs addressed asap.

Don't know how a reorganization doesn't happen here. Never seen employees so blatantly hate their job in the presence of customers. I really only enjoy one person working here. The red/orange (I'm not a hair color expert, give me a break) haired Young Lady that works in electronics she has been super helpful in almost every instance I talk with her. Just called to inquire about a Item so I don't waste time and Gasoline driving here. And after about 5 minutes they hung up... been trying to ignore the rude carelessness from this facility and I can't take it anymore. Multiple calls seem to fall on deaf ears.

I'm a big fan of Walmart stores and online shopping but I have a question about a situation that happened twice so far while trying to place an online order and if anyone else has had this happen to them? While shopping and comparing prices online I found a compact steam iron listed for $9.97 but when I went to compare it to other irons and went back to order the compact steam iron the price went to $15.97, this has happen twice while shopping and comparing items online. I understand items may be a bit higher due to shipping cost but to first list the price at one price and to go back to order the item it jumps up to a higher price. Just wondering has this happen to anyone else and does anyone know the reason for it? BTW I went to my Walmart and bought it for $9.97

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ! Dirtiest Walmart nationwide ...Employees are lazy and try to do as less as possible to assist you.Locals say we can't really blame them ,the pay is not too great.Somehow Blackfoot,Idaho Falls or Twin do not pay better, but seem to have much saner attitude.I attribute it to the manager and his style. Was buying my son a swing set for an hr and a half. I remember ladies tried telling me they are out of stock and I would have to order on-line despite me calling the store 30 minutes prior to my arrival asking if they could provide me assistance in loading swing set in a truck.Found manager , manager showed them there were few sets in lawn and garden section on a shelf.Found fork lift driver , who got it down .Took me forever , but I got it. Walmart in Boise by comparison looks like Paradise.Very neat store , well organized , friendly staff.I had odd experiences in electronics too.NOBODY GIVES A CRAP HERE. Compared to Walmart in similar sized city such as Twin falls f.e. the prices are much higher and the selection is not so great. On a weird side from August they are going to close at midnight.LAME.The best time to shop in Walmart was around 2am and the only reason to shop they have bigger selection of goods than Winco. So I guess if you like to shop at night in Poky it only leaves you with Winco. Not sure if my face looks suspiciously lately , but last few times I shopped at this location the security guy would stop me and ask me for a receipt , which is Ok if it was random , but last 3 (!) times in a row makes me think about certain kind of profiling barely compatible with Federal law. Last time I only bought few cases of water and if people shoplift those I wonder how ? Hide 3 cases(35 bottles each )under the jacket and run from the security dude ? ? ? So lately the message switched from "Welcome to Walmart" to "We don't give a crap for you as a customer". Big deal this Walmart is tiny and not tidy and most items are sold by other stores. Wanted to update and add a star for a pick up option,but I think local manager inherited his position he takes a good idea and makes it "better".If you think $50 worth of groceries are worth 50 minutes in waiting after your order was confirmed as ready here is your SUPERCENTER,I'd rather spend that time driving to Walmart in Blackfoot which is much cleaner and friendlier.I PLEDGE TO NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME,SPACE AND RESOURCES !!!

This is seriously the worst freaking Walmart...they had a totally of two cash registers open while there were employees legitimately every where most doing nothing. Lines were so back up is was ridiculous. My check stand lady probably should've been retired to the greeter area a long time ago. It took like 20 min (had a totally of 15 items) for her check me out. I had half tempted to flag a manager down and see if they possibly needed a hand, consider I have nothing but customer background. I did watch one of the either supervisor or manager try to get another manager to call for more checks and the other manager rudely blew her off. Avoid it. Just take to extra time to go somewhere else.

It's the same thing every year. Same 6 workers who only work on 1 car at a time. I tested this by going one more time and I had to wait 3 hours for just an oil change. I watched them laugh and constantly drink from there coffee cups. It took them over 3 hours to finish one CAR. It's absurd and I don't understand why the manager hasn't been fired. This isn't the only complaint from these 6 guys. I'm disgusted that younger adults don't have an opportunity to learn and give better service than these dudes. I do not recommend this Walmart for any auto mobile needs.
Justin P in the Walmart mobile expert was amazing and helping us get a new phone for an AT&T carrier. Plus he put on the new screen protectors on my old phone and my husband's new phone which was awesome and amazing and so super sweet when he took the time out of his day to actually do it

They were more than happy to help me find the cake I needed and even double checked to make sure it was in stock, Alberstons WOULD NOT look at their own cake book in front of them to see if they had a "How To Train Your Dragon" theme for a cake. They were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks Walmart, we will be back for the next birthday cake.
