Absolutely abysmal service. I ordered dinner for my family and I, waited 30 minutes while occasionally checking the ‘in progress or ready’ screen. Our order showed in progress the entire time while other orders were processed as ‘ready’. When I spoke to the worker, who was very unhelpful and borderline rude, it turns out it had been sitting and going cold because they didn’t mark it ready or call out the name. Absolutely horrible expirience.

I was with a staff member that regularly recieves a free drink because of her status as a staff member. Anthony, a manager, asked what he could do to help us. She asked for a free drink because she is a staff member there. He has given her free drinks SEVERAL times before. This time, however, he was very unprofessional, he refused to give her a drink cup, was extremely rude and embarrassed us both. If we knew the rules on free drinks for staff would not be upheld, we wouldn't have shown up
