I love the settings and ambiance of the restaurant. Very friendly staff. Why I gave only 3 stars is the food quality. The fried calamari appetizer had a weird oily aftertaste, it was either the quality of batter or oil, but it didn't taste fresh. My trout dish came with rice and steam vegetables and the whole plate looked gray and not very appetizing. The trout tasted good but the vegetables didn't look and tasted as freshly steamed. I am sad that such a good looking...
The Coho salmon 3 course special was perfectly delicious. We both ordered Caesar salad. The dressing was just right. Desserts: pumpkin brûlée and chocolate mousse which we shared. Both were great. Our server, Hailey, was professional and helpful, keeping me gluten free.
Food, service, and view were outstanding. Our party of six all raved about individual selections, so I don't believe there is a bad choice on the menu. Our server Bruce was attentive knowledgeable. Certainly will go back if opportunity presents itself.
