Applebee's Grill + Bar

My daughters love the kids meal variety. The yogurt and strawberries are a fun and unique side. My mushroom burger was delicious. Fries could have been fresher but service was good and we left full and satisfied.

Went to Applebees for a last minute late night date night. Always have good food and easy service. However, just wanted to give a shout out to the manager Akira. She went above and beyond for us tonight. We showed up around 9:30/10pm on a Wednesday night and the place was slammed. They only had a few servers working. We honestly did not wait much longer than usual for seating and the food may have taken a little longer to come out, but we understood it was busy so it wasn’t upsetting us at all. Akira was constantly checking on us, refilling our drinks, and even comped us a desert for our patience in waiting for the night. Even though it was slammed and I’m sure she was overwhelmed and tired, she was happy, energetic, and very grateful pleasant to be around. I hope someone higher up sees this so her actions can be rewarded. Thank you Akira for the great service.

Applebee’s Review – 3.5/5

Stopped in for a casual dinner and took advantage of the 2 for $25 menu. Started with a Caesar salad, which was fresh and a nice lead-in to the main course. I ordered the Whiskey BBQ Burger — definitely messy, but packed with flavor. The fries were a standout, crispy and well-seasoned.

The restaurant itself, however, could use some updates. The decor and furniture feel a bit dated compared to other chains like Texas Roadhouse or Outlaw BBQ. That said, the movable tables at the booths are a nice touch for comfort.

Service was mixed. The host seemed new, which made seating a little awkward, and unfortunately, our waiter largely disappeared after the food hit the table.

If you're hoping to catch a game, the bar’s small SD TVs won’t do it justice — definitely not a sports bar vibe. Accessibility is solid though, with ramps to both floors and decent parking.

All in all, the food hits the mark for a quick, affordable meal, but the experience falls a bit short if you're looking for atmosphere or attentive service.

Server and service was good. Food could have been better. My granddaughters steak was suppose to be
Medium Well. And it was Medium Rare. My sautéed Shrimp, onions, mushroo.
mushrooms were a bit over done.

There was no one to seat us after standing there for about 5 mins so we found a clean table grab some menus and went and sat down. Decided what we wanted still no one would knowledge us. After 10 mins of sitting there watching for someone to help us we got up and started to leave, that's when someone finally came up behind us to say that they had to wait to serve a table before they could get to us. We just left..this person that just showed up after watching us for 10 mins could of at least knowledge us but they choice not to until we got up to leave.

Get the Bourbon Street Steak. Very pleasant dining experience!

Food had no taste salad came out dry with one chicken strip that was cut in 6 pices wasted time and money. Service was slow we had to wait for water for 12 minutes.

Ordered the trio got beer pub pretzel and riblets and what was advertised as double crunch shrimp but was not. I got tempura barley cooked shrimp. This was a pickup order so I didn't know until I got home that the shrimp were not what I ordered. I call talk to a manager and they said oh yeah they were extra from the ayce promo so they were using those up. But that they had talked to upper management about people complaining. Well hell yeah we're complaining you are advertising one thing and using another and basically serving something that 1 was not expected and 2 wasn't even cooked properly. All they did was what's your email we can send you coupon for next time. It's sad you go somewhere now and nobody can handle busy. That is why we quit going out and your sales get hit. Do better. Stop just bringing someone of the street to work actually hire people with experience.

Literally it was the worse experience, and I want to make sure that everything is clear. The server was good is just the whole experience, food wise, it took to long, it was cold, it took too long.

The waitress we had was very nice however my family and I went there on Saturday. Walk in the door no one was at the podium to take to a table and when the guy did come he had an attitude and you could tell he absolutely hated his job. Then we get seated order our food which our apps and main course came out at the exact same time. The appetizers my chicken from the plater with everything the chicken was frozen and unappetizing, the chips were stale, and mozzarella sticks weren't even cooked thoroughly. Then on to the main course. My chicken sandwich was sitting in a puddle of liquid which made my bun soggy and disintegrating at touch. I sent it back to receive the same food as before they just disected it and cleaned up the liquid and gave new bun. My family and I were less than impressed to have this as our first experience with Applebee's.

Food was terrible!!!!!! We had 2 different tickets and everything ordered was bad. Wife's steak was burnt kids cheeseburger was raw. Both salads tasted like mold. Friends dinner was cold and watery. Worst experience ever. They comped our meal but still not satisfied as I still had to pay for bad food. Chris the waiter was amazing great customer service. Im usually not one to complain but the experience was terrible. My daughter has down syndrome so she was a little loud they quit seating people on our side so Chris literally had no one to serve its like they were playing favorites
