The crispy fish sandwich is good but they need to figure out how to keep the fish inside the bun. Suggestion is to cut the sandwich in half it might help

Food is good, staff is decent. Hit and miss of shake machine is working or not. Latest visit: Food was good, but listening to two employees argue amd yell over issues with charging the prior drive the customer at the window was less than desirable lol

My fiances beef burger was super pink. And there was so much thousand island on my rueben and his burger that it was EVERYWHERE which made it messy and a bit soggy. I was most concerned with his super pink burger. We spent close to $50 on dinner for all of us so it was a bummer his wasn't even fully cooked..this happened 3/15/25.

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready at 9:40 AM.
I arrived at 9:30 AM and the signage on the door said the store opened at 9:30 AM.
I proceeded into the store at 9:30 AM. Door was locked.
After waiting several minutes, was told dining room opened at 10 AM that signage was wrong.
Not wanting to wait another half hour, I picked up my order thru Drive Thru.
Food was not remarkable.
Disappointed by the false advertising, having to eat in the car, and the average food, I decided I would not be back to Arby's.

Ordered food on door dash. Had a printed sheet of what I ordered on the bag. They did not fulfill the order correctly. They gave me the wrong dessert and only 4 of my 9 ordered sauce packets. Don't order from here..they obviously can't read.

Whoever was my drive thru girl (younger lady) on the 18th of December, appx 1100-1200 👏🏻! You are the definition of customer service! I was so shocked that I had napkins and a straw in my bag! Without hesitation (and a wonderful attitude!) you asked if I needed any sauce or anything else for that matter 😳 I was in disbelief. I wish I had cash on me.. I would have tipped!! We need more of YOU in customer service.

Manager Dances when he counts. Chicky Sammie on point. Beef and Cheddar still great comfort food. Drive through girls cute. Food feels fresh and priced well. Clean restaurant. I spelled restaurant correctly on the first try and you are now jealous. 100% will eat here again.
