Google says they are open at 9:30am this particular restaurant location. I got there at 9:50am and sat in drive thru till 10:05am. One employee even seen me sitting there. No one said hey we aren’t open yet sorry or even spoke on the speaker. If you aren’t open change your time. Some people have to work and can’t wait all day for places to decide to open when they are supposed to to be open already. Poor customer service! It’s a shame because their food is actually good.

They do not always put sauces in the bag, if you’re door dashing you can’t add sauces to order very infuriating terrible service

We went through the drive through it didn't take long to get our sandwich pulled into a parking spot to eat the sandwich was not hot. One minute tops and it wasn't hot, also the half of the bread was hard like it was dried out. Won't be back. There are much better Arby's stores.

Every Wednesday after family swim at the Kroc, we hit the real finish line — the Arby’s drive-thru, where Steve is basically the MVP of meat and efficiency.

Even through the speaker, Steve’s energy shines. He’s got our order down faster than our kids can say “curly fries,” and somehow makes the drive-thru feel like a five-star experience. Polite, professional, and quick — but always with a side of humor and friendliness.

By the time we pull up to the window, we’re already smiling. The food’s hot, the order’s perfect, and Steve sends us off like we just passed inspection at a BBQ-themed pit stop.

Steve, you’re the GOAT of the drive-thru world. See you next Wednesday — same time, same soggy crew!

My elderly mother got food poisoning at the Arby’s in Coeur d’Alene yesterday. I believe it was from the orange soft serve ice cream. When I called to let the manager know, she stated it could not be because they “clean the machine twice a week.” What?! Seems like the machine probably should be cleaned more often than twice a week. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat fast food in Coeur d’Alene, go across the border where they pay their employees a bit more if you must have fast foot.
