Just left here 5 minutes ago because I do not like feces in my food.
I was using the urinal in the men's restroom. An employee finished pooping, wiped, flushed, grabbed a paper towel on the way out the door and that was it.
I went to the counter when I was done and let the lady there know. She didn't seem to care, so I said it was needing to be addressed, and she started trying to make excuses, saying that maybe I just didn't hear the water, ir it shut off fast. NO... the guy literally did not wash anything. I could see him on the food line behind her already working, so it's unlikely he washed when he got back to the kitchen either.
Absolutely disgusting, and the fact the other employee did not care about it disgusts me further.
I was looking forward to Arby's sonce I have not been there in a few years, but now I don't know that I will be back of there is a general disregard for food health and safety in this company where nobody cares that an employee took a poop, wipes his butt and went right back to work without cleaning anything.

I ordered lunch for 4 people. After I paid at the d/t window they said pull forward and park it'll be a little while. I was fine with that. What's not ok is waiting and getting cold fries and cold chicken on my sandwich. And completely sloppy wrapped beef and cheddar. Gross. I used to love this place...

I came here specifically to have the steak nuggets which are horrible and undercooked and i had told the manager that i wanted steak nuggets with my fries thinking she added it to my order sadly she didn't and argued with me the customer when i had asked where the steak nuggets were when i had picked me my order for inside, she said you didn't ask for that when i specifical asked for the steak nuggets, yet she's a manager and argues with paying customer . I need to see a reply from Arby's stating they're sorry because they aren't , they will argue again will not listen to the customer ...

Terrible service, the workers were rude and it took 30 minutes to receive my one small order despite the establishment not being busy. Some of them were standing in the back, seemingly idle.
Google says they are open at 9:30am this particular restaurant location. I got there at 9:50am and sat in drive thru till 10:05am. One employee even seen me sitting there. No one said hey we aren’t open yet sorry or even spoke on the speaker. If you aren’t open change your time. Some people have to work and can’t wait all day for places to decide to open when they are supposed to to be open already. Poor customer service! It’s a shame because their food is actually good.

They do not always put sauces in the bag, if you’re door dashing you can’t add sauces to order very infuriating terrible service
