Anytime I’m in Coeur d’Alene. I stop and get some food. I always bring an ice cooler in the vehicle and take some home for another meal. It is that good. I find it very inexpensive for a tasty barbecue. My favorite is a tri-tip sandwich with a loaded baked potato.

As someone with celiac, we took a risk in eating here. I called ahead to ask if there were options for me and I was told that everything is made from scratch and is gluten free except for the obvious items (mac and cheese, buns, and whatnot). I got the baker deluxe minus the mac and my only regret is not being able to eat the whole thing. I told them I’m celiac and they took extra care not to touch any gluten before prepping my meal, and twelve hours later I haven’t gotten...

Very friendly guy. We got 2 Val Kilmers for 3 people and still had leftovers. Pineapple slaw was very fresh and my picky eater loved the ribs and Mac n cheese. Tri tip and pulled pork were smoked to perfection. Definitely our new bbq stop after the lake!
