Every morning I go there, the blonde who is chubby always has the worst attitude towards me she rolls her eyes for no reason and I was telling my friend and she said she is that way towards her as well, sad to see she clearly doesn’t like her job or people. A bad start to my day always! The girl with red hair is always sweet though!

The food itself is delicious, however the portions are really small; they use bagel bites instead of regular sized bagels for their bagel sandwiches which makes the price for the food somewhat expensive. What really upset me was the amount of ice that I had in my drink!! I ordered a zip fizz (I already drank it before I took the picture) but I didn’t receive any fair amount of drink compared to how much ice there was!!! The product doesn’t match the price, I’ll stick with lean bean on northwest Blvd from now on.The baristas aren’t very nice either. I was the only one in line and it seemed like they were annoyed that I asked for a big straw, which she grabbed with her bare fingers at the tip of my unwrapped straw.

Always excellent service from the girls working. I love their Boston's Blend protein shake, always hits the spot. I tried their Club bagel sandwich today and it was delicious and filling. Ingredients were fresh. I don't stop at coffee stands very often at all, but Boston's Brew is my favorite in town.

I would do 0 stars if i had the option. I am a regular on the weekends at the bosanko location and I can say I will be going to the appleway location from here on out. I paid in change and not in a ridiculous amount because it's what I had in my car. The barista comes back and tells me she can't accept knickles and dimes and it was only $1 in dimes the rest was silver dollars and $2 in quarters. It is US currency and should be accepted but that's not what made me upset. My total was $9 and she came back and says I only gave her $7. I told her there was $9 and repeated what change I gave her. She aggressively slid the little bit of change in her hand and came back with a unnecessary rude attitude and proceeds and says, "you need to recount this!" I waited for a good few min for her to return and I literally had to recount it in front of her and she took the change and just says, "well, oh." It was very unprofessional to treat someone like she did and with a very rude, negative, attitude. If you go pay even 50 cents in knickels or dimes they should not be able to refuse it and without a snotty attitude about it and act like you can't obviously count change. It only takes one bad apple and one bad experience ?‍♀️

These 5 stars are for the barista, Ginger, at the Appleway location. She has made me the best protein shakes I have ever had and her customer service is excellent. She is kind to every customer even when she is busy and she engages in conversation with a smile. I have gone to my fair share of coffee stands where the baristas are rude and this is so refreshing! Great job Ginger!!!

This location has probably the most expansive menu for food items for a local coffee stand. WOW! This does not have a sit down location but if you are looking for a quick healthy lunch or breakfast this is the spot for you.Coffee wise. The specials are expansive and the flavor choices are great.Service is always kind and consistent but not over the top which will be great for fellow people who do not appreciate the Dutch bro service style. The dog treats are by far my fav. Coffee stands that have good dog treats in supply for the pups in the car are a 10/10.Hours are also convenient. Several times I have tried this location to on early morning since it is so close to the emergency vet clinic.Lines also run smoothly and efficiently even if you order food items.Honestly it is hitting all the major Pros of a local coffee shop and not a chain-good service-good food-good coffee-quick lines-pup treats! It’s a win for me! :)

Absolutely amazing service! These ladies know how to make the best ZipFizz around! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I really hate giving bad reviews but this one is warranted. I've come to this coffee stand pretty often. Not once have they gotten an order correct. Today all I ordered was a 16 oz americano and a bagel sandwich in which I specified "not a lot of creamcheeze". I even said "light" cream cheese. The picture is what I scraped off of only half of the sandwich, the other half ended up in the trash. My coffee was warm water, not even any actual coffee in it. So I threw that away as well. Not once have they gotten any of my orders correct. I once ordered a quad shot to be given 4 cups with a shot in each of them. You need to hire better staff.
