I used to love it here but the food seems like it's not what it used to be. Pretty basic.

Had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings! Our waitress Ashley was so sweet and amazing—super attentive and friendly. The food was great as always; I never get tired of the wings. And the skillet chocolate chip cookie? AMAZING. Will definitely be back!

They cook everything with beef tallow which is super healthy and it tastes great, as opposed to seed oils (yuck).

I am writing to commend one of your employees, Ashley, for providing consistently exceptional service during my lunch visits.

While the food is excellent, Ashley’s service is the main reason I continue to be a loyal and frequent customer at this BWW location. She is the best server I have encountered—she knows me by name and remembers my regular order by heart.

Ashley is always kind, energetic, and clearly enjoys her job. She is highly attentive, always ensuring drinks are topped off and providing necessary items like napkins without being asked.

If it were not for her outstanding efforts, I would likely be a less frequent customer. Thank you!

I ordered food via Uber Eats from here recently, the driver was very fast to pick up and deliver my food but the food was awful. Everything was borderline cold, the onion rings were soft, not crisp. Fries were soggy & gross. Even the carrots looked like they were old (how do you mess up carrots 🫠). I keep giving BWW another chance and every time I’m disappointed in the food, regardless of if it’s delivery or dine-in.

I had a great experience here! My food came quickly and my server Ashley was very helpful and attentive. She actually recommended a different flavor for my wings. While I was apprehensive at first, it may now be my favorite. Next time I will try to save room for dessert.

Our server Ashley was great

I ordered 10 spicy garlic wings. Received them cold. Makes no since. You could of at least pit them in the microwave. This place is trash.. Not worthy of a visit.

I was pissed. I got home to my pregnant wife ready to watch the game with dinner, discovered the one thing she wanted (chicken tenders) was not in the order.

This is not the first time we’ve had stuff missing but this is the first time I was gonna do something about it.

Called them, waited for 10 minutes on hold and spoke with the manager. She apologized profusely and said shed have them ready if I came back. Her customer service saved the day! Thanks! (I don’t remember her name, started with an E on 01/03/2026 @ 5:00pm)

The food was great; it came out pretty quickly. Hot and tasty. The waitress looked like she was pretty bored. She kept asking me to repeat my order right after I was ordering, understandably, because the TVs were pretty loud. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

I understand food service because I’m a gm of a dominos I order 15 minutes before they closed. With no communication or anything they canceled my order 15 minutes before close. I would like some sort of composition or something please but I’m having a bunch of buddies over tonight and that was our dinner I think it’s unacceptable for a fast food place to do that.

We were honestly close to stopping coming to Buffalo Wild Wings because of past service issues. This visit completely changed that, and it was because of Ashley.

Ashley brought great energy right away and made it clear she cared about doing a good job. She took her time with our order, paid attention to details, and gave recommendations we didn’t even know about and ended up loving. The restaurant was clean, our food came out almost immediately, and everything was correct.

What stood out most was that she genuinely cared about our experience, not just getting through a shift. That kind of service re-energized us about this location. Because of Ashley, we’ll absolutely be back again.
