Ashley and Kaitlyn did an amazing job and everything went smoothly!
Good food
Was great.
Had lunch there today, and everything was perfect. Food was good, the customer service was exceptional. All the employees were very friendly and attentive, and my server Ashley went above and beyond. I have no complaints and I'll definitely be returning. Keep up the good work!
Rylan was awesome! Extremely friendly and professional, very personal and funny. We'll be coming back for sure!
Our server Jenifer was great. Took care of every detail and answered evey question we had.
The absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had. They weren't very busy but we still stood at the front for a few minutes before a very unhappy looking hostess came to seat us. Then she took us to an uncleaned table that we had to wait to be cleaned. Then while ordering i asked how many sides of sauce I was allowed to ask for which the waiter (who I'm pretty sure was actually a busser) told me "as many as I'd like". I didn't want to be a jerk so I just asked for 5 sauces I wanted to try. What I didn't expect was for him to bring me a tray with small dots of the sauces I asked for on a piece of parchment paper.... I've never had that happen before at any restaurant I've ever been to. We also weren't given any napkins or silverware until we asked for them. The tater tots tasted worse than every frozen tater tot I've ever had, as did the fries, which they screwed up by mixing up our orders. Then, the "waiter" said the manager offered both of us (two separate tickets) 20% off because my guests drink was mostly grenadine. When we got the checks my friends check had a discount but mine did not. He said the manager didn't authorize a discount on my check. And when I asked if he had said that both checks would get the discount he said yes and asked me if I wanted the discount. I said yes, and when he brought the checks back, he gave my guests their check on a tray with two mints, and just threw my check at me without a tray or mints. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but when the entire experience was terrible from the start, it was just the icing on the cake. I will absolutely never go to another Buffalo wild wings.....

The daughter and I tried it for the first time last week. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was just darling. She answered our questions and got our food out quickly. I had 10 dry rub wings. They were scrumptious. My daughter had the crispy chicken sandwich and loved it. We will go back!

Edit: stars reduced due to cost increases with decreased food quality. Food takes forever to get to the table and can be very underwhelming.
Love the fact that Buffalo Wild Wings has a great selection of sauces for your wings and that (dependant on the size you order), you can try multiple sauces.
Besides wings they also feature a full bar with a pretty good tap selection, more tv's than Best Buy owns to watch your favorite game on and fu'll service kitchen with food that is always consistant each visit.
If I had any complaints or drawbacks to this place, I would have to say that occasionally, servers and / or greeters can take a while to get to you, or at times not be attentive enough. The majority of the times when this happens to us is usually during down times and the slow hours in between rushes, usually when employees are most likely trying to take care of other tasks. This is all a minor complaint, though, as we usually receive very good service while we visit. Besides that, my other complaint is price. Some items are a bit steep, and it seems I always pay a little more than expected or planned before I go out. Of course, I understand that the location itself can hardly be held responsible for the pricing set by corporate standards.
Place is always very clean and well managed/maintained. Staff are very often in a good mood and eager to help.
I will be returning to this place on occasion and often do. Thank you, BWW. And as with all my reviews, if I notice change, I will always update my review.

The wings were like leather, I asked for a new batch and those were leather also. The server was really nice and told us he'd take the wings off the bill (he did not) even though we didn't eat them or take them home. Really disappointed, it wasn't even busy. $80 for 2 people not including tip. The wedges are good though.
I'm not usually a jerk and I'm frustrated we got charged so much for food that was over cooked and we didn't even take home. We still left a $13 tip for the server even though he didn't adjust the bill. My boyfriend isn't the type to say anything but if I could I wish we could get our money back.

I have always loved BWW, however I have not been there in a little while and I recently remembered why I stopped going there. I ordered a burger on Friday online. When I got there to pick up my order, I was met by an older Man in all black and let him know that I was there to pick up a to go order. He went in the back to get my order and when he came to the front counter with it, he seriously thru my bag on the counter and walked away. I returned to work with my food and when I opened it, it was clearly not a burger, it was a chicken sandwich. I called to let them know that I got the wrong order and the girl (Hope) answered the phone, was so incredibly rude and placed me on hold. I waited on hold for 15 min and decided to drive back to the restaurant, still on hold BTW. When I got there, I was told by another customer "Good Luck getting service, the manager is awful". I sat and waited to be greeted by an employee for 5 more minutes and finally went to the bar and waited AGAIN. I had to finally flag down someone walking by me, and asked for the manager. The manager finally came to talk to me, I told him that my order was not even close to what I ordered and he said "Well the tater tots are correct" which they were not. Anyways, I FINALLY received my correct order, but the Manager Mark is the absolute worst. He offered me no apology and acted like it was my fault and that I was the one in the wrong. I WILL NEVER be going back to this location again. It was hands down the absolute worst customer services experience I have ever experienced.

Terrible hostess. Very angry, and shared her nastiness with us for showing up to eat here. We sat down briefly and decided to take our business elsewhere.

Honestly, the driest sauced wings I've had in a while. Especially now, you go out and spend money at a place like this because you're trusting that they have the product you want...big miss here. This was takeout, but I'm giving service and atmosphere a one-star because based on this order, I wouldn't have wanted to spend any time here. ...... almost forgot the wings were very rubbery...

Quick and great service food came out quickly couldn’t eat some of the food due to stomach surgery and it being too spicy which was a waste of money but the other two flavors were excellent. They need to put more sauce on the wings though. Server was very nice and did an excellent job.

We brought our son there after not seeing him forn4 months. We received our first appetizer 15 minutes before we even got our drinks. It was anoth 25 minutes before our second appetizer. Finally we got our dinner and our daughter had to wait anoth 20 minutes for her meal. Our server Hope was trying her best but I could not help but notice the manager a taller white haired guy walked around talking to the very few people in there and watching baseball the whole time. Not one time did he walk to our table to check in. If not for my wife, I would have walked out 30 minutes in. There was 5 of of and our 2 littles were doing a good job of being patient. This was the worst experience I have ever had on a family dinner out. My kiddos were so excite to go there and this was a big mistake. We love BWW and I can not say we will ever be back. Our check was a $165 so it was not a cheap night out. Your management is horrible he acknowledged several times I was trying to get his attention but sent some else instead. When I asked for him they said he was helping in the kitchen, when I can see him standing in the back room looking at me. Super disappointed that I spent so much for a horrible dinner with my family. I know this will be shrugged off and nothing done but this is my story. HORRIBLE
