Very disappointed. We pre-ordered online the day before pickup for a 2:30 pickup. When I arrived there was chaos, people were waiting for their orders long after pick-up time. They ran out of traditional wings because they did not cut off taking orders. And quite honestly the wings were not that great. I have heard that this is not the exception that it actually is the norm. From now on it's Capones for me.

Waited over 5 minutes to be told it would be a few minutes for a table. Restaurant was empty, maybe less than 10 tables already eating. 20 minutes later with no interaction, we ended up leaving. Time was 7:15 pm.

This place is disgusting, we were seated by the kiosk thing on the side it smelled like pee table was sticky and grimmy so we moved closer to the bar. The tile floor is so slimy and gross the menu was literally stuck to the table I had to peel it off, tables smelled like they use three week old towel to clean with. The wings were so dry and over cooked, it's been two days my stomach still isn't right. I can only imagine what the inside of the kitchen looks like if the front is as bad as it is.

First of all I work in this industry, I’m a longtime server, so I know the ins and outs. I arrived to pick up my call in order. No one greeted or acknowledged me for 5 minutes. The girl that finally came to see why I was there seemed shell shocked when I asked to add to my order. She disappeared for some time and came back with my order, checked me out and walked away without saying one word or giving me my receipt. Unbelievable. Not even a “thank you, come again” Whoever is hiring and training needs to be fired.Now the food. I order my wings with sauce on side. My wings were so dried out they were inedible. And to top it off one of the wings still had the feather barbs on it!Unfortunately, I picked these up after work and drove home 35 miles before I saw this. So there is a waste of my hard earned money.
I visited this location earlier today. Bad a couple of drinks, chips and cheese with chillies and some wings. Food was delicious but service was mediocre. A male was my bartender but halfway through he took a break so he could rub up on a female in the parking lot. Lauren later came on but took little notice on my dri k refill. After refilling my drink I had to ask another server for some chips and cheese. Cheese was cold as ice as I got it to go. Sad sad day. Eat at your own risk.

The wings were extremely hard, not even enough sauce on them , disappointed since they specialize in wings. They should change fries , if you don't eat them within 5 min they get cold real fast and taste terrible. Cheese curds are always good and the dirty tot tubs I recommend.
