My kids were really hungry, and we happened to be by this Burger King, so we pulled in. First of all, we pulled up to the drive-thru and I was ready to tell them that I needed a minute to gather what we wanted for our order. Nobody greeted me or even told me to hold on while they needed time. In fact I sat there for damn near 10 minutes talking to my kids, and consistently saying, "Hello?" to the intercom looking at the CAMERA they have pointing at me. Nothing. Nobody answered for at least 8 minutes. I finally got a response from a girl working, but she acted like I had just pulled up. No apology, no excuse, nothing. It's supposed to be FAST food. But I ordered and went to the window. When I got to it, I was already annoyed and frustrated. But then a young girl opened the window and took my card, she didn't smile she had terrible customer service. The worst part was the manager was standing right next to her talking to her!! They never asked me what my kids wanted to drink she handed me 2 apple juices. Which I wasn't even that upset about. But then when I finally got my food I drove off and checked the bags, they had forgotten one of my children's fries and the other child's cookie. They not only had poor service but they didn't even give me all of my order. I was so angry, but I was not about to go sit in that drive thru for another 10 minutes before I even was helped again. It was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had a pick up order and I checked and said they were working on it and 30 minutes later I check again and they said it “mysteriously” disappeared. Didn't even offer to remake it. Super frustrating. Never a good experience at this location.

I waited twenty three minutes in the lobby to find out they hadn't even started on my order yet. When I said I just wanted my money back the manager on duty didn't even comment on how long I'd been waiting, let alone apologize for the inconvenience of waiting that long. This was just plain bad customer service.

My kids meal didn't have a toy, plus we didn't get the option for a dessert like they say on their menu right outside, instead of an ice cream they gave us a singular cookie, again no option. Didn't ask if we wanted any sauces for the sides or chicken nuggets either, which any and every other fast food restaurant in the area we go to always asks. Just disappointed and will not be visiting Burger King again any time soon
This time I ordered on the app and it still took 20 minutes to get my order once I got there. It always takes a crazy amount of time every time. I can go to a sit down restaurant and get my food faster. I won't be returning.

I dont usually leave poor reviews and prefer Burger King over McDonald's but...I don't get it. The processing of orders and the logistics of rapid correct delivery of food is totally missing here. I've waited 25min in the drive through before. Daughter ordered cheeseburger kids meal and received 3-piece chicken nugget (no such thing as 3 piece). Took family inside for lunch once to see a full line of folks waiting for orders... and waiting... when I finally received our order, I had to return to point out we were missing our fry orders. Extremely disorganized place.
If I go to McDonald's, it is a lesson in organized logistics and is like clockwork. Why can't this BK location learn how to function?

We tried to do something simple for dinner and all we got was shitty service and rude employees ignoring the customers questions closing the windows and giving additude for no reason. Are family will not be eating here anymore. Very unprofessional if you ask me I also will be contacting corporate this is not the first time.

It just blows my mind that all you have to do is assemble the same sandwich someone asked for no ketchup that is all nothing else extra or special instead you get drowned in ketchup drowned in mayonnaise extra lettuce - no onion no pickles no tomato receipt was correct the stickers on the sandwich correct sticker on the bag correct so the only conclusion is that I can come to is the person thinking they deserve $20 per hour wages can't follow basic instructions was too late to turn around to far to go back so I threw it away and if your manager got my irritated pissed off message good I am glad this is ridiculous - was supposed to be a Whopper Jr. NO KETCHUP in case that wasn't already clear because apparently the person making the sandwiches doesn't know what goes on them and your drive thru is slow as molasses in winter time
