used to like this place. but customer service is horrible, managers are super rude to customers and staff. not understanding or patient. i get being a manager or being in retail is hard or even customer service but patience is key and understanding and acting like a human being and a kind one at that is great but what i keep seeing at this place is not even close to niceness or kindness. just over all not good vibes.

I admit I'm not a big fan of burger king from other restaurants I visited but this burger king location was great and the fries were hot fresh and crunchy.the burger was really good..I actually said wow .

I have had really bad experiences at Burger King for many years now. I have been to several where the workers were abrupt and borderline rude, and I always wonder why fast food restaurants don’t take a page from Chick Fil A’s book on customer service. But we went to the Ramsey Burger King tonight, and all the workers were incredibly personable and friendly. The food was also really good! Those Crispy Onion Whoppers are yummy! Thanks for the great service!

This is by far the worst. I ordered online 15 minutes ahead so the food would be ready to pick up. BUT they didn't even get started on ordered UNTIL I walked in pick it up. No Apologies just attitude.

The staff completely ignored me and just left me standing in the lobby waiting for my order, I even hears some of the girls in rhe kitchen talking crap because I was mad. Worst service ever!!!!

The food was good. The cashier seemed new because she was having issues with the register. That was fine, everyone needs to learn but the wait was long and the manager, she was very mean. She was not nice to the employees bagging the orders. I'm sorry but you funny speak to employees like that in front of customers (I already made that order, where did it go). She just kept it up. The food is not there or they would hand it out, get over it. I was a food manager for over 7 years and that was very unacceptable to keep complaining. It happened 8/31 around 10am.
Long wait for 2 in the afternoon. Bigger rush on a Friday and the staff just couldn’t keep up. 45 minutes for three meals and some of the individual orders behind us got brought up first.

I enjoy their food a lot, don’t get me wrong, however the service just gets worse and worse the more I go. I understand the frustration of working in food service, I used to manage multiple chains when I was younger but it’s not an excuse to treat customers, especially customers who have kind to you, rudely. Multiple times we have had the staff member Selah take our order and each time she’s gotten more and more rude. Tonight we asked if we could have a drink carrier since we had multiple drinks, she gave no response besides rolling her eyes and sighing before letting the window close loudly. When she came back she told us to give her the drinks back, when we offered to put them in the carrier ourselves she once again said nothing and rolled her eyes. I try my best to be understanding with customer service workers, but this has been a consistent issue with this worker in particular and it’s been pushing my family and I to start looking into other locations and chains for times when we want an easy dinner. I hope she’s having a good day, but if she’s not it’s no reason to take it out on customers, and I hope this actually gets resolved because no matter how good a places food is, it gets ruined by bad service.
