Enjoyed picking the ingredients for my meals. Making my dish non-hot! I'm a whimp about spicy food. Here you pick your ingredients as the server puts it together and cook's it. Super friendly, quick and clean!
Today we ordered a pickup order and the lady that helped us at the pickup window was so nice and pleasant. People like her give me faith that good service is still possible.

Although the staff are very polite and fairly efficient and the food does taste good, as I go there almost every Tuesday but over the last several times that I went I saw the food handlers dumping fresh food on top of old food in the containers. This can lead to botulism. Also, the last time I was there Cafe Rio in Coeur d'Alene the serving tray that my food was placed on as I paid for it had a layer of grease on the bottom of the tray which clung to my fingers.
