First time here and we're extremely pleased with the Philly cheese steak and fries, very good. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable. So far of all the cheese steak places in town this is the best.

Ordered 3 large party platters online for pickup for my grandma's memorial service. Food was delicious and a big hit with everyone. Sides, packaging and everything we needed was presented very well. I was surprised to see Capriottis was in Idaho now as it was a great favorite of mine when I used to live in Vegas. Thank you for coming through.

I've had great experiences here with the food, but after I ordered the naked fries today I was very disappointed in the replacement fries. They used to be the best in town, not they are run of the mill and horrible. Ate like three of them. I don't understand when changes like these are made at corporate when they had a great product before. I will never order the fries again unless they change back to the original fries. Please take note.
