So, here’s the scoop on Carl’s Jr. today: the waffle fries might have taken a little nap on the way to the car—came out a bit soft instead of crispy, but hey, they tried. The Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger was the star of the show—definitely tasty, though it wouldn’t have hurt if they’d been a little more generous with the barbecue sauce. And the spicy chicken sandwich? Well, it had a little drama with the wilted lettuce, but the chicken itself was solid. Just a little lettuce mishap there. And the drive-through adventure included a fun little sticker obstacle on the drink, just to keep things interesting. Overall, a bit of a mixed bag, but definitely a memorable run.

Took 12+ minutes to receive one burger and 3 chicken strips with fries. The chicken was dark brown/burnt and way overcooked. The fries were room temp as they sat under the light for 12 minutes. The burger was unremarkable. On the plus side, the drinks were cold once we poured them over ice.
This store used to have really fast service and fresh, hot food. I dint know if they changed managers but today it took me 20 minutes to get my bacon western combo. It was noon and the place was empty. They were out of medium cups, so they asked if I wanted a small or large cup instead. Fries were cold and stale. Bathroom was dirty. Probably won't be back.

This carls jr is always a crap shoot. Sometimes the foods is great, hot and fresh, other times not.
Today they got the order wrong and it was cold. Cheese hardly melted on chicken club. The other day they didn't even have any chicken defrosted.
I'd say one out of every 5 times its a good experience.

Food was absolutely terrible here. Burgers were cold, cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were barely warm to the touch, and my wife ordered a coke and received something that most definitely was not coke. The wait was pretty long, too, and all for the price of a decent meal at a sit down restaurant.
