Western bacon cheeseburger is supposed to have onion rings, one bite in and its tough onion skins not onions, so griss. Other than that normal fast food. Pricing is so high now better to get a burger at a diner

I came here for a Door Dash (I generally don't eat at Carl's Jr. Because of a bad experience). The employees were rude, didn't communicate with me, and when they were taking out fries and chicken tenders (for a different customer) they weren't using gloves. Kinda explains why I got sick last time.

I went to the drive thru at the Coeur d' Alene, ID Carl's Jr. MY kids were yelling and carrying on and the drive thru worker put us on mute. Understandable. Then we placed our order and the woman told us to pull off to the side. We ordered 1 double cheese burger 1 big burger and 2 Diablo burgers. We sat there for twenty minutes and finally went in to see. The burgers were sitting in the ready place and they ignored us completely. For an additional ten minutes. I would like to file a formal complaint against the manager of that establishment and have her franchise revoked. I will NEVER visit that establishment again and maybe never another Carls
I waited for nearly 30 m to get my food then the kids meals hamburgers were wrong and was cold which I requested to be redone one at a time then one if workers complained to me when all I want was the food to warm. He really got mad at me and shut the window when I tried to reply to him, he was very rude I will never go to the one again.

The food was ok as normal, but I waited in the lobby at the register for over 15 minutes. There was no one in the lobby or drive-thru. The mens bathroom was disgusting. It smelled of straight urine. The staff was not paying attention to customers at and no one working with the food was wearing hair nets or changing gloves.
The staff here is awesome!
