A hearty beef broth with shoyu base and chili oil. Toppings: Daikon radish, green onion, cilantro, braised beef brisket, a large beef back rib (so tender it literally falls right off the bone), and a lime.

I'm really glad I found this place. Authentic quality ramen with good flavors and reasonable prices. I've been looking for a decent place to get Teriyaki Chicken and other Asian food and it's very slim options in N. Idaho. This has been the best place so far.

The cutest little shop and staff was so nice. I am thankful they were open on Christmas after all my kids got the flu and all our plans were cancelled. The ramen was delicious, beyond my expectations and so was the boba! We will definitely be back and next time I’m getting an extra egg, so good!! Thank you
