Great service and great ice cream

This was my first time at cold stone ice cream and to say the least it was a horrible experience. I walked in and asked one question to the worker behind and the counter and immediately was met with horrible attitude. I felt like I was an inconvenience for taking more than 10 seconds to chose my ice cream. After checking out me and my friend got confused on why my smaller sized ice cream was more money than hers which was a bigger size. While looking at the menu to check, the workers said to us that we were obviously talking about them and rudely asked if we needed a receipt even though we repeated we were just looking at menu. They kept rolling their eyes and whispering about me and my friend. Honestly just horrible customer service and which was very avoidable. Unnecessary and unneeded rudeness which really just made me never want to come back.

The best Coldstone around. The service was quick and the ice cream was delicious! There isn't a ton of seating at Coldstone itself but plenty of seats in Riverstone so not a big deal. I got the chocolate almond milk ice cream which was delicious! Highly recommend this Coldstone, it just hits different than other ones I have been to!

Would have loved to get my mom a dairy free ice cream cake here for her birthday this week but $38 for the smallest size (literally only one person would be eating it) is freaking ridiculous.

I concur with another comment here. Brunette haired girl working at 8pm 5/31/2025 was an absolute brat, and her red-haired coworker wasn't much better. I was saying please and thank you and nothing but sneers and scoffs from them. Please do better when hiring, management, or you'll have more nasty reviews from folks.

5.27.25: It was my first time visiting this location as I had lunch nearby at Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese and afterwards wanted something sweet. Since it was a nice warm day, ice cream sounded great to cool off. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. I hadn't been to a Cold Stone in quite some time but my favorite is the Birthday Cake Remix. It has cake batter ice cream with mix ins of rainbow sprinkles, fudge, and brownie chunks. And of course I got it in a waffle bowl. Love that they make their waffle bowls in-house. They're thick, sturdy, and really yummy--like a fortune cookie but sweeter! Plus, it's always fun watching your ice cream being made before you eyes. I'm happy I chose Birthday Cake Remix as it was just as delicious as I remembered.

I didn't catch the employee's name, but she was really nice and appeared to be the only one working while I was there. The store was clean and brightly lit and it wasn't very busy. They have a seasonal special that looks delicious and will likely try that next time (see pic).

I loved my experience here! The worker Caleb was really nice to me and helped with all my inquiries and was pleasant to talk to.

So yher half and half was halfing the half a little too much. I went there with me bestest chitlins and we got the half. The half was to halfy and it ended up over-halfing the other half. Eventually the half just ended up whole. No thank thou for the overhalf half. milk tastes like goat milk anbd too lacktoes.

last time me and my pops went there, he went to the bathroom, he never retde

Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream franchise. And so it really pains me to have to leave a negative review. The owner at this location tried to charge me $15 for an ice cream that every other Cold Stone's charges $7 for.

When I asked why it was so much she said it was because it was a custom ice cream. I showed her that it was directly off their website. Her response was that she would make it for me this one time but I was basically stealing from her. And that she would never make it for me again without charging me $15

The ice cream is called a Banana Split Decision, and every other Cold Stone seems capable of making it without doubling the price.

Took my nieces and nephews for the first time. So many choices and we loved everything we got. Staff was patient with the Littles decision making which is so helpful.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids!

We've been buying ice cream here for many years. We always order the largest container (family size) to go. The server packed the ice cream very loosely and not to the top of the carton. It cost over $19.00 and the "coffee" ice cream didn't taste like coffee. Very disappointing!

Very disappointed with our visit today. We always get a kids cup of ice cream for our daughter and it’s always a decent amount of ice cream. Today whomever was training proceeded to tell the trainee that she was giving us too much ice cream and to put most of it back. When my daughter received her ice cream she had roughly three bites of ice cream in her cup and was very upset. We love Coldstone and were sad to not have a great experience like we normally do. ?

Yes, it is true. Cold stones is open. We had friendly service. They had a full staff there. we were greeted with smiles and did not have to wait to have our ice cream made. German chocolate ice cream was made to perfection with little bites of nuts, coconut mixed with chocolate fudge brownie all in one mouthful it was delicious! We will be back!!!
