The management team was obviously not prepared for Thanksgiving 2025. When we arrived we were told the wait time was 15-20 min. An hour and 20 min later we were seated. We ordered the traditional turkey dinner, it came very fast which surprised us. After the first bit we realized why it was so fast. The food was barely Luke warm and the portion size and flavor were not up to Cracker Barrel standard. The atmosphere, the gift shop, the food, and the employees are absolutely amazing.... Prices are just right!! Our waitress, Holly was a wonderful server....very attentive and friendly. We'll be back!!!
