Wow what a disappointment, been coming here for year and found out they have new owners, new menu with nothing on it aside from some frozen meats they will warm up. Definitely go somewhere else because you will be disappointed here. Bring back the old crickets

This place has gone down hill like no other. Lots of rumors going around that the bar tenders and cooks are putting stuff in the drinks that shouldn’t be in there if you know what i mean.

They have redeemed themselves! The new ownership is on the right track! Go give them a chance! We had Liz as our server and she plum knocked it out the park!! Give em another shot!!

I'm local to the area, this is the only restaurant we will never go back to for 2 reasons. #1 the prices are way too high. $20 for a burger?

Reason #2 the main reason, the last time we were in there we got oysters served to us that smelt like rotten corpse/feces. My wife and I each ate one before we had noticed the odor, and were both totally sick an hour later. I asked our waitress to smell the oysters which she was reluctant to do, she agreed that they smelt awful and all they did was take them off of our bill. I feel that more could have been done to help us with the experience we had.

My mother used to work here when I was a kid, and it used to be a great place but I 've never heard of one person in our town say Crickets is a place that you NEED to go to dinner at.

Food is overpriced for its mediocre quality. Left hungry but unwilling to order something else because their kitchen is to dang slow. It shouldn’t take 45 min for an order of raw oysters. What is the chief fishing for the oyster outback 🙄

The only reason I have one star for food is because the entire menus has changed and I’ve grown up in CDA coming to Crickets all my life and loving the food and this new menu does not seem appealing. I mean no insult I just had my heart set the tri tip sandwich. And I just loved so much about the old menu however…. LIZ!!! She not only went over the entire menu and spoke so highly of the new owners and how well she is treated.

Liz was just wonderful and I so hope she always is treated as she deserves here because you’ve got a true gem in her as an employee. In fact we had a beer just because we didn’t want to leave her feeling as if we didn’t enjoy her serving us.

deliver what you promote..we legitimately ride there from Central Wa. with Crickets on the to do list every year. Was just there(16 of us) 9/6/25 and the new ownership pretty much sucked. The motz sticks are Swanson now and came out so overcooked, the was no cheese in them and tasted like burnt toast. we me the new GM and he should have taken them off our bill and apologized when we told him we came there for them. he didn't but did take our $1400 bill to the bank. lucky for him we we were there cause there were maybe 5 other people in the whole place.

I visited this restaurant under its new ownership, and I was absolutely blown away! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is simply delicious.

Not the same . Stopped in on our annual bikers trip for what q thoughts wa going to be as good as last . Not the same . Granted it was on a long weekend but this is what you work for all year, volume cash flow and restful customer service .
Food- oyster were fresh . Prime rib not so good, tough and over cooked

I used to love this place. Went in recently with a large group and the waitress didn’t check on us a single time, miss printed the checks and said there’s an 18% gratuity? For what? There were only 3 other tables of people in the whole place given it was a Monday. We had someone ask if the water was filtered and she lied about saying yes then after literally seeing her fill it from the tap. Nothing but kind to her, paid the 18% gratuity but nothing more, not tipping a lazy waitress with attitude. She really hates her job and it shows.

Middle of the road, middle of the pack, but provided what I wanted when I needed it, very slow kitchen, funky (but a bit shabby and rundown) atmosphere, pleasant waitress who kepty ice tea full while we both waited for the kitchen to cook a simple hamburger. Lots of other places to eat in the area, I will probably choose somewhere else next time
