The sides were FROZEN! when I picked it up through the drive through the girl said that they were waiting on the food to warm up. I didn’t think she actually meant that she needed to warm it up from FROZEN.
The brisket was not sliced properly. It was a pile of meat and fat. This is the 4th time we tried them. We are from Texas and expect better from the ONLY BBQ in town.
ALMOST $100 for a meal. NEVER AGAIN- and corporate headquarters is being contacted. This is VERY disappointing!!!

CDA desperately needs a real BBQ spot, because this place just isn’t it. I’ve given it three honest tries, and every time I walk out wondering why I keep doing this to myself. I ordered brisket in slices and somehow ended up with a pile of random bits that could’ve just as easily been pulled pork. There was absolutely no way to tell the difference.
I’m more than willing to pay good money for good BBQ, but at these prices, you’d expect something that at least resembles what you ordered. Instead, I’m left staring at my plate, disappointed, while my wife gets to enjoy yet another “I told you so” victory lap.
At this point, is it too much to ask for a Longhorn BBQ to finally make its way to North Idaho? Because CDA deserves better, and honestly, so do paying customers.

Good food, crappy service. Went drive thru. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a meat plate. Wasn’t offered pickles, onions or sauces. I thought they would ask at the window but the young blond gal just took payment and then shoved the bag out saying “here’s your stuff” then turned around and put on her coat. Not going to that location again!

Such horrible experience at your restaurant today around 1pm. Not only was your staff incredibly rude, your restaurant had limited menu items available for purchase. We were told it would be an hour for a baked potato and to find something else. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
Baked potato was huge and brisket on top was really tasty. They make consistently great food at this location.

Hello. I’m very VERY confused as to how, not once but TWICE. I have ordered from here, and gotten Texas toast. And upon delivery discovered that I had gotten UNBAKED bread, in a disheveled plastic bag? Unclipped, obviously touched before. It’s gross looking, and why would I order just raw bread???? TEN DOLLARS FOR A HALF LOAF OF BREAD???? HOW?
One was shoved in a paper bag and the rest were in a nasty opened plastic bag?? That makes zero sense.
The first time I called and asked about this. They told me there was nothing they could do, and they couldn’t tell me how it happened. So how could it happen twice??? SECOND time I called no one picked up. Then the phone was picked up and set back down to hang up on me. I’m genuinely so confused as to what the thought process was here. And what drugs are they taking behind the counter.
We’ve also come in person. And had a very rude women with purple hair, mid to late 40s, slammed the window open and say “what do you want” when we were quite kind to her. As a ex fast food worker myself, I’d never do any of this.
Y’all need to shape up cuz this is CRAZY.

I liked the seasoned fries and bbq sauce gave the brisket sandwich much needed flavor but the amount of meat in the brisket sandwich was small, maybe just a 1/4 lb and for a $10.99 sandwich, that's way too little. I liked the flavor but i didn't like the portion. $16.50 for the whole meal, which is about $6.00 more than what McDonald's charges for a meal with more value - all their meals have more value. Even Arby's has three sizes for their roast beef sandwich, and even the biggest size is around $8 for a pound of their beef. I didn't like the little red and white plaid curtains, perhaps they are a poor choice because of their cheap material. They don't last in the sun and look faded from the outside.

Did not receive full order. Discovered mistake after arriving home. Called back, but service person argued with me. Female manager was rude and hung up on me. Meat was cold and hard. The okra was, however , very good. Recommend avoiding Post Falls store and drive to the CDA location. After visiting with the owner and more hopeful for this store. believe the issue will be corrected.
