Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I ordered via uber eats and was very disappointed in the amount of or lack there of food. I have been in restaurant before and had no complaints on portions. Hubby and I shared a pick three and had leftovers before and today the portion was super reduced. Prices go up and portions go down.

No pics because as soon as I got home the food was demolished by my husband and two boys. My husband enjoyed it so much that he had us make an order for a company he works with in Spokane.

I want to give all 5 stars, but the ordering process leaves a lot to be desired. However! The husband and wife that were running it did us right, real good and kind people! Jason and his wife made our day.
And the free soft serve ice cream for eating in sold me! Don't ever get rid of that! I'm bringing the whole family next time and that's how I'm getting the kids hyped up to go! 😁

Oh and on a side note, coming from Spokane, this trip made me want to move to Idaho so much more than I could have ever expected.

When we come into CDA my family and I like stopping by. This morning we wanted to stop on our way out of town. The front door was unlocked ten minutes early so we went in assuming the door wouldn’t be unlocked if we weren’t welcomed inside. As soon as we walked in a young woman shouted over her shoulder from the back “we’re closed,” and when we asked if it would be alright to wait at a table until they were ready the without looking at us she responded simply “No,” and kept going.

If you don’t want folks coming in ten minutes early in the future, I strongly recommend keeping the door locked. And you don’t have to alienate people who want to give you money for your services and goods.

Just lost a group of customers. We won’t be supporting a business that treats us like they’re resentful of our patronage.

Disappointing at best. Ribs and chicken were both dry and tough, sauces were bland.

Horrible BBQ, they chopped up my brisket like it was baby food. Never again. Cafeteria BBQ at its best.

Place was great. Food had flavor but mine was cold, all of it. The only meal with fries had great flavor but again cold. We got 5 meals and one of them was warm. Friendly staff while ordering. Bathroom toilet had flushing issues.

Needs a large improvement on the service side. The past 4 times now I’ve tried going through the drive through, just to not get any service. Tried ordering curbside online. Had to go in and get food myself after waiting 15 minutes past the pick up time.

Best pork in the spot!

Baked Potato casserole was so great and super hot, as it should be served. Green beans also served hot and to code. Brisket was not even warm. Cold COLD! The payment source asked for a tip at time of payment which is unscrupulous. No service yet and already asking for tip?!? That's B.S.

I've been to this Dickeys before but now that they are under new management the service and food is much better! I placed an online order to be picked up but needed to change it to delivery and they stepped up and got my order to me! EXCELENT customer service!

Best BBQ place around

Always a great atmosphere, great customer service, and great food. Never a complaint!
