This is the last time I will order from this dominos absolute crap service! I have repeatedly had missing items in previous orders, this time they claim they dropped the pizza off, almost $80 worth and they never did. I called them on it so they’re sent the guy back now with the pizza that is now cold without any compensation whatsoever.

CDA store Jordan abruptly at the last possible minute before delivery time canceled and refused to deliver a paid pizza order that I pre-scheduled 5 hours in advance on the app (and was accepted and I got multiple emails on the various stages of cooking from the tracker all the way to it came out of the oven) to my 93 year old Dad (who lives 6 minutes away) because the order was transferred from the Hayden store (Kaileen) who said it was out of their delivery zone (12 minutes away). Apparently they have an issue with each other. None of my business. Nor do I need to know their issues with zoning or other “protocol”. Both supervisors were rude and unhelpful and end result my Dad had nothing to eat for dinner. You guys are awful.

Just got off a 12hr shift and i ordered food with the last $27 on my person. Drinks were shaken and both exploded all over me. Got the wrong items and the person was pissed that they didnt get a tip. I cannot believe this.

Stopped in for lunch at the store. Pizza was hot and delicious ham and pineapple with bbq sauce. 10 min wait for the food very fast.
Very poor service, the wrong order was delivered. Between the driver and the guy i talked to at the store made it seems like there is zero responsibility or due process. Driver blamed a girl at the store and the guy blamed the driver. Keep the customer informed! Was suppose to take 30 min. Now is taking 1h 20m. Food is probably cold.

I am a huge fan of Domino's pizza, especially the crust. However, this location does not deliver on what I have come to expect from Domino's. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic bites this last weekend. In the 4 minutes it took me to drive home, the pizza and bites were already cold. Not even warm, but the pizza was already at room temperature in that short amount of time to get home. Items were picked up in less than 30 minutes from time of ordering. I will never come back here again and am questioning if I should even risk wasting my money on trying another Domino's...

Ordering delivery from this place was an absolute nightmare. The girl that took my order was very obviously loopy and slurring her words and not listening to a word i was saying(asked me to repeat myself so many times for the simplest things.). I patiently waited out on my porch for an 1 hour and 20 minutes (i was told 25-30 mins tops btw). I called an hour in to see what was going on and i was given no help, i tried to be respectful, but how the hell do u not know where your orders are?? That’s your job, as someone who has worked man job like this. They said it was because they had a driver quit tonight, but i live 5 minutes away from this store. When i called to ask for my money back, the workers seemed irritated and cold. (just like my pizza.) I will say they did give me a full refund. But I’m still reeling on how long y’all made me wait for 2 damn pizzas for my family. Won’t order at this store again. 👍
