The smoked brisket and tri-tip are tender and have so much flavor I forget to add the bbq sause served on the side. The jalepeno mac & cheese is fantastic. Their loaded potatoes make anyone from Idaho proud. They're always booked out for catering so plan a long time in advance.

Everything was delicious! I love when bbq places can smoke chicken well and get that smoky flavor in it, since poultry cooking usually works best hot and fast. The brisket was very tender, though not the moistest I've ever had. That's a hard feat and balance when you need to cook for 8-12 hours or more and keep it resting throughout the day to serve so I cant find fault there.We had all 4 sides and they are all incredibly good. The pepperjack mac and cheese was awesome. Great potato salad, great beans, great slaw.The family that works it are kind and friendly too..10 out of 10 experience and I will definitely be back
