I'm from Texas and the food here is good enough to scratch my BBQ itch. Probably the best all-around I've had in Idaho, and my rating uses Idaho standards - not Texas. Atmosphere is fine for BBQ - it's a food trailer on a busy street. My only complaint is that they aren't too close, and I can't ever figure out when they are open to make a special trip worthwhile. Their web page refers to their hours on a Facebook page that isn't accessible if you're not on Facebook. Why be so mysterious? Sorry but the food would have to be Texas-level 5-star to get me to sign up for FB.

Have eaten here numerous times what can i say its been years coming. The guys just awesome the food speaks for itself. Its award winning barbecue and some of the best around. Cant go wrong with anything on the menu. 5 stars all the way. Watch their Facebook for more info on when they have really yummy specials sometimes on holidays.

These folks and this food is off the chain. If you love Mac n Cheese, you will eat this once and start Jonesing for the stuff for weeks and years to come. Not sure what is in it but wow, just wow? The brisket is also from another planet, I am not sure if it is even cow at some point - the stuff melts in your mouth!! Job well done - great food - great people!

We had a wedding catered this last weekend. Food was excellent. The service and set up was very streamlined. People couldn't stop raving about the food. Thank you for making our day a great one.
The family regularly participates in competitions all over the U.S., often placing in the top tiers of the various categories they enter. The smoked brisket and tri-tip are tender and have so much flavor I forget to add the bbq sause served on the side. The jalepeno mac & cheese is fantastic. Their loaded potatoes make anyone from Idaho proud. They're always booked out for catering so plan a long time in advance.
